Magnificent stone building with original architecture on a beautiful land of 1ha. On the ground floor, large lounge / dining room, fitted kitchen, small TV room and cloakroom. 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed with ensuite bathroom. 2nd floor, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and 2 sleeping corners with 2 single beds, dining set. Beautiful terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside and mountains. Possibility of pre horse.
Our house is located in the southwest of the "Cantal", between the "CorrĂšze (19)" with its pretty town of Argentat, the "Lot (46)" with its friendly town of Saint-Cere, its world famous website Rocamadour, and surely, with the children, the "Padirac chasm" and "Aveyron (12)" where you can visit, in Rodez, the impressive "Soulages museum" and possibly a little later, his famous "Millau bridge" ... and there is still plenty to see, to admire and perhaps rediscover ...
The village of "Laroquebrou" nicknamed "La Porte du Midi" is classified since 2016 "Small town character" ... beautiful village a few kilometers from the house ... its Friday market ... its friendly shops. ..
you will find doctors, pharmacy, veterinary, supermarket, baker, all brands garage, post office, bank with cash, café-tabac, hairdresser, petrol station ...

Superbe maison encore plus belle que sur les photos.Nous avons séjournés à 6 adultes et 6 enfants, les espaces sont trÚs bien pensés pour que chacun ait son intimité et son indépendance. Cuisine trÚs bien équipée, espace extérieur parfait pour que les enfants jouent en toute tranquillité.

Havre de paix Ă  la campagne

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans cette grande maison de campagne au charme unique, entourĂ©e d’une nature magnifique. Le temps ensoleillĂ© a rendu l’expĂ©rience encore plus agrĂ©able. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et les couchages nombreux, mĂȘme si l’étage pourrait ĂȘtre un peu amĂ©liorĂ©. Seul point Ă  noter : un nettoyage un peu plus soignĂ© serait un plus. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu pour un sĂ©jour au calme et en pleine nature !

La maison est magnifiquement rĂ©novĂ©e et le lieu est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable Nous avons passĂ© de bons moments en famille La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© À l’étage les lits d’appoints sont vraiment pour des enfants et une des piĂšces contenant les lits d’appoints n’avait pas de fenĂȘtre qui pouvait s’ouvrir. De plus pour ces 4 lits il n’y a pas d’option de salle de bain si ce n’est en passant par la chambre de quelqu’un d’autres De plus il n’y avait pas la wifi, l’hĂŽte Ă©tait au courant mais je nous a pas informĂ© en amont Globalement le lieu est trĂšs sympathique et agrĂ©able pour y sĂ©jour en famille

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour. Au menu découvertes gastronomiques et ludiques (le lac trÚs proche offre de trÚs nombreuses activités. La maison est accueillante et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour tout en sérénité :)

Belle maison pour une ancienne grange Ă  cochon

Une maison avec une personnalité, séjour au bout de la campagne du Cantal, calme, isolé. Cette maison est trÚs bien équipée, des salles de bain et toilette dans toutes les chambres. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour familial entre randonnées dans les environs, visite des villages et chateaux et baignades au lac de St-Etienne-Cantales tout proche pour se rafraichir!

Endroit idyllique au calme, en pleine nature. Une maison amĂ©nagĂ©e avec goĂ»t et simplicitĂ©. Le confort et la rusticitĂ© du lieu sont intelligemment mĂ©langĂ©s pour offrir des moments de repos et de dĂ©couvertes apprĂ©ciables. Beaucoup de choses Ă  visiter aux alentours et proche de sites Ă  dĂ©couvrir. On a l'impression de faire un plongeon dans le temps et la nature. Gros coup de cƓur assurĂ©ment!
