Beautiful 4 acre lot overlooking a natural prairie grass reserve with trails to live stock, horses and sheep. Minutes from Beaumont, Leduc ,Edmonton airport and castrol raceway. If you are looking for a nice quiet location not far from town but still having a country feel this is the place for you. Costco and several outlet store have just been opened 10 minutes west of this location, for all your shopping needs. Leduc common is another location of interest that should be useful during your stay.

Room clean but didn’t realize we were just in someone’s back yard. View looked at their house. They were very nice but not what was expected

Fantastic people for a fantastic stay. Yes it's a trailer so know that going in if you're here for a little longer term! (Emptying the tanks and making sure things are running properly is normal for trailer life) but the hosts are quick to repond (typically within an hour or two) and the place is neat and tidy in a quiet area. (You are on their property and as others reviews state it's their yard so keep that in mind for having outdoor time) but im sure if you asked for some privacy they would gladly give it to you. Great people overall and a very nice stay.
