50 metres from the Playa de los Ingleses beach, this elegantly decorated top floor apartment sleeps 4. One bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a living/dining room with a sofa bed and pull out bed. Large windows in the living dining room offer views of the ocean. The apartment is 200 metres from the port , 50 metres from a supermarket and 100 metres from Gorlero (the high street). It has recently been decorated to a high standard. Extra facilities include a locked covered garage for 2 cars; WIFI, Direct TV (cable tv); air-conditioning. To note: It is on the second floor with only stairs access so not suitable for disabled guests.

If you stuck your head out the window you could see the water by looking either left or right.However, an excellent location. All sights & many restaurants within a short walk.
Our time in the flat was very comfortable: sleeping, eating, playing games, a quality bathroom. But Catherine, the host, was the best part of our stay: friendly, welcoming, informative, helpful. She gave us wonderful recommendations of fun things to do/places to go. Thank you, Catherine!

As we have travelled regularly we know what its like to 'land' in a new place and the excitement to explore and experience local cultures. We enjoy welcoming people to our home and showing them around, offering tips as to things to do off the beaten track.
Why they chose this property
This property was purchased many years ago based on its location. It is on a quiet residential street yet a stones' throw from the beach, restaurants and the buzz of the beautiful busy port with its huge yachts. The sunsets watched from the promenade, 50 metres from the flat are magical and unique. The apartment is very easy to manage. It is versatile for 4 people or two. It is light and warm and welcoming.
What makes this property unique
We offer two garage spaces which are linked for exclusive use for the tenants of the flat. It is walking distance from the shops (a supermarket is 10 metres away), restaurants are 30 metres distance and local transport is 10 metres away. Location is superb.
