Such a private beach compared to most other places. House is nice and cozy and owner is responsive and very nice. We’ve rented this place for years now for a week. Can’t wait to go again.

Perfect beach house right on the beach. Plenty of space for our family. Fantastic views of the beach from all windows in the back of house. Wonderful views of sunrises and sunsets. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great at the house. well stocked for everything you needed. quiet location, great beach. saw dolphins, birds and boats shrimping. not far from downtown but away from the hustle. very clean and welcoming.

Absolutely a great location for the beach. Just steps away from the condo. The table could have been a little cleaner. It had sand grit on it. A little outdated, but I would stay again for the value.

Perfect Family Visit

The house was right on the beach and perfect for our family visit. Although the house has some age, it is well kept, clean and perfect accommodations for on the beach. It is close to St Augustine for a quick visit but far enough away from the heavy traffic. We loved this house and hosts are very quick and helpful to respond.

House and location are just as described. About 25 feet out the backdoor to the sand. Peaceful. Quiet. Absolutely lovely place.

Peaceful

Most days we had the beach to ourselves. Owners were wonderful and made sure we had plenty of blankets for the unexpected cold weather during our stay. Area under house is nice to hang out when raining and don’t want to sit inside.

Great location

House is as described. Needs a deep cleaning and some upgrades but the location is perfect. Also, loved the deck. Hosts were incredible. We got locked out and they met us to give us another key. Recommend that they upgrade to a keyless entry.
