This is our 4th time staying at Gordy’s Place. It’s a great house in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the National Park and downtown Bar Harbor. The hosts are great. We love it!

Gordy's Place was the perfect spot for our family trip to Bar Harbor. The home is immaculate, fully stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect for access to Bar Harbor (easy 10 minute drive), Hulls Cove Visitor Center at the entrance to Acadia National Park and the road to the Cadillac Mountain Summit and several good places to eat within a few minute drive. The owner was very quick to respond to anything we needed and provided lots of information on restaurants, places to see, etc. While we didn't take advantage of it because we were always on the go, and frequented many places to eat in the evenings, the house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy time at the house and outside, like a nice fire pit, BBQ, lobster pots, hammock, swing, etc. and a fully equipped inside kitchen, etc. If we're lucky enough to have another trip to Bar Harbor, Gordy's Place will be high on our list as the place to stay!

Wonderful Vacation Home

Super clean, conveniently located, everything you need for a great vacation was provided. The owners respond quickly to any questions you may have and want to make sure you have the best experience in their home. Gordy’s place was a lovely house to stay in while on vacation in MDI. It was very clean, decorated really well- we loved the art on the walls- comfortable living room space, very quiet & stocked with just about anything you might need. The location was great for us.
