House 150 m plage de L'Islet
Three minutes from L'Islet beach, 4-bedroom house, very recent renovation. Great comfort. Very nice sea view from upstairs.
We have 3 new 160x200 beds and 2 100x200 beds. Each of them is equipped with fitted sheet, duvet and pillowcase. Kitchen linen is provided.
L'Islet beach awaits you for a refreshing swim, kayaking (available at the garage in 2 places), by boat (possible catamaran rental in Lancieux) for a picnic at Hebihens or a fishing trip .
The town center and its shops (fishmonger, butcher, bakery, pharmacy) 600m on foot or by bicycle (3 operational adult bikes and one for children), but also by car .....
A supermarket 1 km away and a large shopping center in Dinard La Richardais with Fnac, food, DIY, sports store ..... 6.5 km away.
Transport: Lancieux is 15 minutes from Saint Malo, the road follows the Rance dam with one of the most beautiful views of the Rance on one side and Saint Malo Dinard on the other. Saint Malo station is served by TGV and Dinard airport with connections to London and Manchester.
For Golf lovers, A 9 hole course by the sea is 1.5 km from the house in Lancieux, and the renowned golf course of Dinard is 4 km away. Other routes are accessible within a 50km radius.
