Située sur la cÎte nord de l'ßle de São Miguel dans la municipalité de Ribeira Grande, cette maison se trouve à 50 mÚtres de la mer avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique.
Il a une capacité de 5 personnes, dispose de deux chambres, une avec un lit double et une avec un lit double + une simple. Les hébergements ont vue sur la mer.
Le salon a un canapé-lit, TV / cùble, Internet Wi-Fi et une table de jeux.

Great house on the coast. Loved the outdoor grill and upper deck views. Quiet neighborhood.No A/C made the upstairs bedrooms a little warm, but they had fans and the house cooled off each night with the windows all open and coastal breezes.

Incredible View!

This was a great house in a quiet neighborhood. The balcony was the highlight with a spectacular view. There is also direct access to the beach. Nuno was very helpful!

Beautiful property, stay here you won’t regret it

Very helpful host and beautiful views distinguish this house with so much charm and great location. Half hour from Ponta Delgada and ten minute walk from a fantastic beach and small local restaurant. Great spot to explore the island from, but honestly you would be fine just staying here and doing nothing too. Go see the local waterfall!

Sweet spot to wake up to the sound of the waves beautiful coast town beach close by centrally locate

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Sleeping to the sound of the ocean and quick walk to the beach. This central location make the whole Island accessible. Nice hiking trails and seaside village are a short distance away. The owner were wonderful responding quickly to a questions. I would recommend this property

Awesome visit

From the get go the host, Nuno, was very helpful and informative. The house is cozy and very clean, not to mention the view from the deck. The clothes washer was also a plus. We were able to park off the street, which was great as the streets are narrow. We highly recommend this facility.

Awesome stay in Sao Miguel

My wife and I enjoyed our amazing trek and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Casa do Mar. From going to bed at the sound of waves crashing against the shore to roosters wakening us, it was a treat to enjoy the house on the cliff. The country is so beautiful and we enjoyed the local cuisine. This location does require access to a rental car to get around. If you are looking for a location away from the city, yet right on the coast, this is the place for you.

Porto Formosa

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. It was challenging to find as we were exhausted from our trip but Nuno was very helpful and a very responsive host. Lovely to hear the waves crashing on the rocks below. We were disappointed that we could only see the waves and ocean if we were standing on the terrace (not while sitting). Comfortable beds. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

A Wonderful Stay!

Nuno’s house was perfect for us. The location was convenient to all of the island. We loved the little village of Porto Formosa and hope to return. There are some tucked away gems of restaurants in the village that outdid the food we ate in the larger cities. The local beach Praia dos Moinhas was outstanding and a short stroll away. Nuno always responded right away to our questions and was a terrific host. We could not have chosen a better place to spend a week (that went by all too fast).

Spectacular View

Interesting and authentic house on a beautiful cliff top location on San Miguel. Great for accessing the north and eastern areas of the island. Likely the single most incredible view of the surf from the bedroom window. Nice deck to grill out, watch the waves and have a meal. Host - Nuno was great and checked in to make sure everything was right. Everything you need for a great stay.

Rental with a view!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be more in an “off the beaten path” area with beautiful views. It is in walking distance to a nearby waterfall and beach bar/cafe. You can also climb down to a secluded beach area right by the house. It is also in a central location to get to all the key sites on the island. I would caution that taller/larger people would find it a challenge with the low ceilings and a small shower. Nuno is great with communication for anything needed.

Peaceful cosy house with amazing views of the sea

Thank you to Nuno and Marta for a fantastic stay at you beautiful home. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The views of the sea were amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony of an evening after a busy day exploring the island. The property was in a quiet village but easily accessible for the island . We would recommend staying here , we were made to feel most welcome by Nuno and Marta. Thank you for your hospitality. On the whole the Azores is a fantastic place to visit , where the locals are extremely friendly. The scenery is amazing with many walks, hikes and hot springs to enjoy.

Beautiful villa in quaint village

Casa do Mar was a wonderful cozy surprise. Yves' heart art (you will see it all around the island) welcomes you in. The views and atmosphere surrounding the property are breath taking. Short distance from the house is the village of Praia dos Moinhos where there are a couple of places to eat and a nice black sand beach. Also there are nature trails, vistas, secluded locations not far. A good central location on the island with easy access to the highway. Nuno was a very hospitable host and provided everything that was needed. In all a very enjoyable experience.

Honeymoon on the azores

It was a very pleasant residence. The view and the sound invite to enjoy the life in the azorean way. For honeymoon, there is no more better place on earth. Surrounded by the nature and wrapped in the original silence is this house located in a good basic position for all places to go on the island. Great beach house with an unbelievable view!

Nuno was very attentive to every detail during our stay. It was very easy to communicate with him. The house is perched above a cliff with a trail diwn to the cove. The outdoor space was lovely allowed for us to enjoy a glass of wine under cover and protected from the wind and rain. Nuno provided all the amenities and made ut very easy for us to cook a few meals. Nuno recommended a restaurant nearby, Mare Cheia and they had amazing fish brought to your table for you to select. Was thevest tuna I've ever had! Obrigado Nuno!

Absolutely Stunning and Peaceful Respite

Nuno's home is absolutely wonderful - the perfect place for a peaceful stay. The views are fantastic, and hearing the ocean break against the (basically isolated and private) volcanic beach below washes away any travel stress instantly. Nuno clearly planned the property well- nearly every room has a view of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and the luxury of having an ocean front view and window in a second story bedroom was awesome. Tons of little things that made the property special, including many thoughtful notes and welcome gifts (biscotos, tea, coffee, water). Nunoe was very communicative as well. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Stay here, don't hesitate!
