Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, modern, sauber, super gelegen, hat eine herrliche Aussicht und die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert perfekt. Da die Garage etwas eng ist, haben wir das Auto auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Gebäude parkiert. Das klappt völlig problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kleine Wohnung mit phantastischer Aussicht

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern für eine Woche in der Wohnung. Lage und Aussicht sind phantastisch und Vermieter & Agentur sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht 100% den Angaben der Anzeige, ist für 5 Personen aber relativ klein (wussten wir vorher, also kein Manko). Für eine Woche wars aber auch mit 5 Personen sehr schön, insbesondere, da eine große Terasse dabei ist.

Top Lage!

Die Lage samt Ausblick ist top.Der Stellplatz war für unseren Wagen (V-Klasse) viel zu klein und somit nicht nutzbar. Hier hätte man aber auch bereits mit einem Golf Platzprobleme bekommen. Somit mussten wir ständig einen kostenfreien Parkplatz suchen. Das Appartement hat erhebliche Wasserschäden mit Schimmelproblemen. Der Kleiderschrank ( Einbauschrank ) war feucht und hat gestunken. Wir hatten Bettwäsche mitgebracht ( Deutsche Maße passen nicht ) Kissen 65x65cm Decke ( eine ) ca. 220x220cm. Ausstattung war zweckmäßig. Sockelleiste der Küche fehlte, darunter nackter Beton ( dreckig ). Terrasse nur 2 Sitzkissen vorhanden. Die Aussicht und Anbindung ist natürlich hervorragend. Die anderen Probleme hätten echt nicht sein müssen.

Bonjour et merci pour votre commentaire, nous sommes désolés que vous ayez du subir ce dégât des eaux qui est survenu alors que nous avions entièrement repeint l'appartement pour le maintenir dans le meilleur état possible.Les causes de la fuite ont été identifiées et réparées et nous referons la peinture dès que possible après la saison. Concernant le garage il n'est en effet pas dimensionné pour recevoir un van de la taille du votre mais nous y garons sans problème notre SUV. La plinthe de la cuisine a été égarée lors des travaux de réfection du sol, elle est commandée et sera remplacée très vite. Nous espérons que vous avez quand même vécu une bonne expérience dans notre appartement !

Sehr nette Wohnung mit genialem Meerblick

Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung. Allerdings hatten wir auch 2 Wochen sehr, sehr schönes Wetter und konnten jeden Tag im Meer baden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Was schön gewesen wäre ist eine Waschmaschine und ein Backofen, aber das wussten wir ja bereits zuvor, deshalb volle 5 Sterne.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und der Balkon mit Meerblick ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur waren problemlos. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber war. Wir haben sie sicher deutlich sauberer verlassen als wir sie vorgefunden hatten. Deshalb auch nur vier Sterne.

Lors de notre accueil, par l'agence, qui s'est très bien passé, on nous annonce que nous avons la plus belle vue du Cap, ce qui est validé ++++ lorsque nous arrivons sur la terrasse. Et la suite de la découverte de l'appartement est toujours aussi agréable !! Propre, bien équipé, calme, le parfait cocktail pour des vacances réussies. Fenomenaal uitzicht!

Mooi appartement met een geweldig uitzicht. De straat oversteken en je staat op het strand. De haven met zijn kleine winkeltjes en restaurants/terrasjes is op loopafstand. Het appartement is niet zo groot, maar ruim voldoende voor twee personen. Het balkon is alleen uitgerust met een parasol. Dit geeft niet zo veel schaduw waardoor je op een zonnige, warme dag niet op het balkon kunt zitten/liggen. Een zonnescherm zou een mooie oplossing zijn. De check-in en check-out (verzorgd door Agence Acapulco) verliepen uitstekend. Bij de check-in werden we door een medewerker van het bureau naar het appartement begeleid. Hoewel het appartement niet goedkoop is, is het zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
