On the ground floor :

- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave. From the kitchen, an access to the terrace sheltered, with its large table and chairs and plancha

- Living room: with its table and chairs, the area for the Fireplace and sofa, TV and DVD player, WIFI, access to the large south facing terrace with its shady garden living

- Bedroom 1: Large double bed, French doors to private terrace to the west,

- Bathroom with shower and WC

- Laundry : washing-machine and a freezer



On the 2nd floor :

- Bedroom 2: double bed 160 x 200 equipped with mobil AC.

- Bathroom with WC

- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90 x 200, double or twin position according to your request, with mobil AC



The large garden is an invitation to play with his bowling



Pool : secured by barriers

- Size swimming pool : 10m x 5m, deep from 1m to 2,5m

- Nice round table and chairs under a beautiful oak



The Annex can be used only during the high season (between june till september included). It's a charming little house, with a large bedroom (double bed 160×200), the shower room, its separated wc, and another double bedroom (2 single beds 90 x200) - forbidden for only children under 12 years old. 2 terraces.

Carefull : from the annex, direct accès to the pool area.

Extra charges :

End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.

The house linen is included in the Terravana booking (2 bath & hand towels, bedlinen and kitchen clothes), Pool towel on option
