Superbe villa provençale, joliment meublée avec piscine chauffée sur 1,5 hectares

Cette nouvelle propriété provençale est située en bordure du magnifique village de Cotignac. La magnifique villa est meublée avec goût et dispose de deux chambres doubles king size et de deux chambres simples avec ventilateurs de plafond et d'une piscine chauffée orientée plein sud, le tout sur plus d'un hectare de terrain. La piscine est bien équipée avec des chaises longues confortables, des parasols, un barbecue à gaz et une terrasse couverte avec des meubles provençaux traditionnels pour manger en plein air.

La maison a une cuisine bien équipée avec cuisiniÚre et réfrigérateur-congélateur de style américain pour l'approvisionnement en eau glacée. Dans la buanderie, une machine à laver et un sÚche-linge sont à votre disposition. L'intérieur impeccable comprend une grande télévision à écran plat HD avec les chaßnes de télévision par satellite britanniques et la PlayStation 3. Internet WiFi, coffre-fort personnel et lit bébé sont également fournis.


Aux alentours: Cotignac est un village animé et convivial avec de nombreux magasins, cafés, bars et restaurants. Le mardi, un grand marché provençal domine la place principale. Le village se situe de 45 minutes à 1 heure entre les belles plages de la CÎte d'Azur et les Gorges du Verdon, ce qui en fait une base idéale pour explorer. Les plages les plus proches à atteindre sont autour de Ste Maxime et Fréjus (50 minutes) avec Aquaparks pour les enfants. Conduisez vers le sud à travers les collines des Maures pour atteindre Grimaud, Port Grimaud et St Tropez (1h). Au nord, le Lac St Croix préservé (45 minutes) est un incontournable, avec baignade et nombreux sports nautiques sur son eau turquoise. Plus loin, les spectaculaires Gorges du Verdon (50 minutes), le Grand Canyon de la France, ont le canoë, le rafting et les paysages les plus spectaculaires. Les endroits à visiter à proximité incluent l'abbaye du Thoronet, la cascade de Sillans-la-Cascade, le chùteau d'Entrecasteaux et les nombreux villages pittoresques tels que Villecroze et Toutour `` le village dans le ciel ''.

Perfect villa to enjoy Provence life and the Cotignac area. Everything was very smooth in terms of check-in/out; the house is spacious and well maintained, and the outdoor area with swimming pool very enjoyable.

The villa is a real home from home and a cooks paradise. The pool is lovely for children and it is a real benefit that it is cleaned twice a week. It suits families/groups as there are three bathrooms and good size bedrooms. Dining by the pool gives you amazing views which the pictures do not do justice. Communication with the owners is excellent. Cotignac is lovely for a morning coffee or to collect baguettes and pastries. The Mirabeau boutique is a work of art plus the wine and pink gin is amazing. Cannot wait to return.

What a great vacation home !

We enjoy our time. The house is very confortable. Big rooms, a lot of space, private washroom, big kitchen and nice living room that made are stay enjoyable and memorable for our party of 8. The best part, it is the magnificent pool area and landscape. We did not want to leave. It is located in the lovely town of Cotignac. There are tones of things to visit nearby in the country. I would definitely go back there !

As good as always.....

This time we spent 2 weeks at the villa, as have done single weeks before, either 'en route' home or going onwards. As good as always and recommend to anyone who's lives are mad busy and just need to slot into the villa with ease and totally feel at home.....we did. As an owner of a large business, being in contact with work is essential to me, so having a fast wifi speed is great...albeit working by the pool does have its advantages. As always thanks and have provisionally booked already for next summer.....its that good!

Lovely villa for a relaxing holiday

A lovely peaceful location with views towards the distant mountains. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable and the pool area is great. You will need a car to get to local shops and restaurants. Nearest villages Cotignac and Entrecasteaux are very pretty and well worth a visit. Night skies at the villa are very dark if you enjoy a bit of star gazing too.

Fantastic property!

What a fantastic place, we all (2 x adults, 2 x 15 year olds, 1 x 16 year old, 1 x 9 year old) had a wonderful holiday staying at this villa for two weeks. We fell in love with Cotignac, what a beautiful town with such a friendly community feel to it. We managed lots of activities all very close to the villa: numerous visits to the La Nartelle restaurants near St Maxime, Lac St Croix and the gorge de Verdon, Lorgue market, St Tropez, canoeing at Carces, water park, wine tasting at local vineyards and the Cotignac Rose festival. The property is clean, spacious and well laid out with all the facilities you need, it even has a Nespresso machine for fresh coffee in the morning. The kids loved the pool and the grounds and there is an electric gate for security. The owners provided an excellent service, and were also very understanding when we managed to break the pool clips during our stay. There is a large information pack in the villa giving details of all local attractions, restaurants etc All in all it is a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it!

Hi Andrew, Starting to get ready to travel to Lake Garda on Saturday, after another brilliant week at your villa. I have to say sometimes you don't appreciate how fantastic the villa is first time around but this week gave us the opportunity to really enjoy it more and enough to say our best villa ever from 'seasoned villa holidaymakers' for the past 15 yrs- so really well done!!!! Love Cotignac too. A real home away from home with everything maticiulsly thought of! We will be back for our third visit!! Thank you- Paul, Tara and Harry

Fantastic villa in beautiful location

Had the most wonderful week staying at this Villa. From the second we entered the villa we knew we had made the right decision. Beautiful location and very well equipped and modern villa. The pool is fantastic and the outdoor seating areas were great. Cotignac is not far away and is a beautiful little village with a great traditional market. Highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful week in Provence Verte

We had a fabulous week staying at Villa d'Andriou. Beautifully appointed, it was a wonderful base to relax and enjoy exploring Provence Verte. Set in stunning countryside, we enjoyed some great days out as well as perfect evenings eating out on the terrace watching the sun disappear behind the distant hills.

A beautiful villa in a stunning location

Both the villa and location exceeded our expectations from the listing. Good facilities along with a high level of equipment and maintenance ensured a very comfortable and relaxing holiday for us. The surrounding area is beautiful and we absolutely loved the village of Cotignac, so much so that we really didn't feel the need to venture much further. Adequate shopping and excellent restaurants are all available in the village as well as a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely stunning Villa ... just perfect

I spent a wonderful weeks holiday in this villa with my husband and two grown up daughters. The villa is stunning with everything you could possibly need and more. It is very well maintained, spacious and so comfortable. The pool area and patio are amazing with great views. You could not fail to enjoy lovely relaxing days and evenings here. Cotignac too is a beautiful area and we enjoyed a couple of great meals in local restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa ... it is just perfect and most certainly has the wow factor.

Spring break in Villa d'Andriou

We stayed at the Villa d'Andriou in March. Although not in high season, the weather was perfectly warm (15-20 deg), great for exploring and meals on the sunny terrace. The villa is spotlessly clean and well equipped, (ample towels, hair dryers etc in rooms) the kitchen especially well stocked. The local village of Cotignac is lovely, with great restaurants and cafes, the inhabitants friendly and charming. They have a market on Tuesday which is great for local produce - we also managed to visit the market in Aix on the same morning with no trouble (50 mins away). As a morning ritual, we would make an early morning dash into the village to pick up lovely fresh bread and croissants from the bakery. The villa's central location was great for touring and we managed to visit Cannes, Antibes and the stunning Gorges du Verdon quite easily. This has to be one of the cleanest, well equipped, comfortable villas we have stayed in and really shows the care the owners have taken. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, Amazing, WOW !!

This villa is the best we have ever stayed in. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully equipped and furnished. We wanted for nothing. The amazing pool and pool area were a godsend, especially as the temperatures soared to 39 degrees C!! The villa layout is perfect for families with teenagers or a larger party holidaying together. The owners and Jill the manager are excellent to deal with and extremely efficient. Cotignac is a lovely village with fantastic Boulangerie and Patisseries, and the shopkeepers are really friendly and helpful to us Brits! We would definitely return and highly recommend this villa.

Fabulous relaxing holiday!

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Villa D'Andriou. The Villa itself is luxurious and comfortable. Everything has been very well thought out. The bedrooms are large and airy and really tastefully decorated, the bathrooms had a luxurious feel with the added bonus of having towels provided! There were clear instructions on how everything worked and, the property itself was immaculate .The welcome bottle of Rose was also much enjoyed! We wanted a relaxing holiday as we were only away for a week and we really did manage to relax, lovely afternoons were spent by the pool! The village of Cotignac itself is beautiful, lots of restaurants to choose from, the market on Tuesdays is well worth a visit as it fills the whole village and gave the opportunity to try the local produce, olives, cheese and wine were amongst some of the tastings on offer! The Villa is in an area that is surrounded by impressive Vineyards, with plenty of opportunities to try the local wines. To be honest though we spent most of our holiday enjoying family time by the pool! I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa and hope to return very soon!

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location

Thoroughly enjoyed a great week in the villa with our family. Couldn't of asked for anymore, the pool being heated was a huge plus and the equipment in the house was superb and everything we needed was there. The house was spotless with comfy bed, with fans in all rooms allowing for a comfortable night sleep. The views and local area are stunning we will definitely be returning. The whole process from booking to arrival and departure simple and easy also. Thank you

Villa D'Andriou, Cotignac

The property is exactly as advertised. The owners had put a lot of thought into the layout. We rented for 4 weeks and thoroughly loved the village of Cotignac and surrounding areas. It is about a 30 minute walk into the village if you do not want to drive. There are plenty of restaurants in the village. Market day on Tuesday was the best in the area ((we thought) although Aups on Saturday is worth a visit. For foodies, the Abbaye de la Celle is 1 Michelin star and 40 minutes drive away, and a great lunch experience (set. 100 Euro pp). Also try Table de Fanette in Fox-Amphou for a very different meal experience. In the house the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of everything. The pool was serviced 2xweek which was valuable since, even with the pool cover on at night, there were always a few bees and ants who could not swim. The outdoor areas were extremely comfortable and mostly we were able to take advantage of the great outside eating area. Pool towels were available. Wifi was great, but we lost it on our last night due to a ferocious thunderstorm that knocked out the power. The shared bathroom is downstairs (not obvious from the description). The owner left very clear instructions on how things work and there were manuals for everything in the house in the sideboard. The security system was easy to use. We opted for an additional mid week clean (extra cost) which made sure the bathrooms remained fresh. Jill, who is the rental agent, also did our cleaning. Being British, but living in France for a long time, made any Q&As easy for us. She did a great job. We would recommend this property as one of the best we have rented over the past 15 years.

Fabulous!

Have just returned from a fabulous stay at Villa d'Andriou. There were 8 of us, all adults so we were at full capacity but it never felt crowded. Lovely spacious living area and good sized bedrooms. So clean and comfortable, tastefully furnished throughout and the views are glorious. It took my breath way on the first morning when I looked out of my bedroom window! We had the perfect mix for a stay in October, beautiful blue skies and sunshine throughout the day and slightly chilly evenings so that we could get cosy in front of the open fire and light the candles supplied, which was a real bonus as it made the villa feel so homely. Although there are a couple of other properties nearby, so you are not completely isolated, we never felt overlooked. Cotignac is gorgeous and we had one of the best meals I've had in France at one of the restaurants in the village and there are some lovely independent shops. Excellent traditional market on a Saturday morning in nearby Aups and wonderful drives in every direction, through some of the most stunning scenery. So a perfect holiday destination if you like great food, wine, warm weather and beautiful scenery and I couldn't imagine a more comfortable and charming place to stay than Villa d'Andriou.

Brilliant Holiday

Probably the best place we have stayed in 10 years of France holidays. Lovely villa with a fab pool in a great village. Teenagers and adults all loved it. There was always something different happening in Cotignac. We hope to return.
