Very pleasant and quiet villa 8 minutes walk from the ocean and 200 m from shops. Composed of two bedrooms with 140 bed and 2 beds for 1 person. The living room is equipped with a television. The bathroom with shower and WC. A kitchen with four-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Large wooded lot with covered dining area with lighting for six people, garage for one vehicle. Available from July to October.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit Garten

Kontakt im Vorfeld und Übergabe sehr gut. Für Übergabe Französisch-Kenntnisse erforderlich, zumindest sehr sinnvoll. Für 6 Personen eher ungünstig. 2 kleine, gleich große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Franz. Bett mit jeweils 1,40m. Küche zwar ordentlich ausgestattet, aber winzig.

L'atout majeur de cette maison : son jardin !

Nous étions 4 (parents + 2 ados) et avons beaucoup apprécié l'environnement de cette maison dans la pinède, à peine à 5 min à pied du centre et 10 min de la plage. Bien que vieillotte (à l'exception de la salle de bain), la maison est facile à vivre. La vaisselle est en quantité, nous avons pu inviter de la famille à dîner.
