Perfect getaway!

Our stay was perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean and in a great location in Ocean City, right near the beach. It was a smooth rental process and had no issues. We will definitely be renting this place again for the next trip!

Cute Spot

Stayed here for a quick trip to OC, the house was super cute and clean and in an awesome location. The beach is SO accessible. The check in and check processes were super easy and we loved the house. Tons of porch space and lots of room for our family! We would 100% stay here again!

Close to the beach

The property has a great location, extremely close to the beach and nearby restaurants, while not being in an area that's too overcrowded. The house wasn't as clean as I would like, but still a decent place if you're just looking to be right by the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is amazing. Condo is very very tight. The bottom floor bedroom photos are misleading with the kind of space available. Condo was great for a few nights but was dusty and dirty in bathrooms, around beds and near the sliding door. The back outdoor area was disheveled and very unpleasant looking.

Great location

The location was great, and there was room for us and 5 kids, with a very quick walk to the beach. Check-in was easy as well! There was not a lot of the everyday things provided like hand soap or toilet paper for the week, which was tougher for us because we were from out of state, but if you a able to pack those things or bring them home, then this place will work for you. It was also nice having a washer and dryer on site.

Great vacation - Clean property

We had our two college aged kids with us. 4 Adults for the whole. The location is fantastic!!!! We loved the boardwalk that runs from the back door to the beach. The beach was not overly crowded due to no high-rises around. The property was clean & well equipped. The updates to the property were nice. The living space was great for relaxing. I have no complaints at all. Looking forward to staying here next year.

Absolutely amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had such a wonderful time here! This place was a much needed home away from home. My only concern or comments I guess would be that the fixtures in the bath tub were very difficult to use. Other than that everything was perfect. Will stay again, hopefully the same unit!!

Week in Ocean city

Location was great but disappointed that some of the property pictures were inaccurate and it was mentioned nowhere in the listing that this is a condo and not a house. Was definitely not happy with that given the price I paid to rent this unit.

Family vacay

Location was great. The street was quiet and the beach wasn’t crowded. The unit was well stocked, even had a blender. Beds were comfortable. Linen service was top notch. Our towels and sheets looked like new! Thank you I’d recommend shoes when on the shared deck/boardwalk. Our granddaughter got a splinter. Some updating would be nice; first floor shower has some permanent staining and the ceiling tiles in the bedroom are stained. Overall I’d give the unit a 4.5 We had a nice stay. 😎

Nice week at the beach!

The unit was clean and we loved the keyless entry. Just two complaints which are very easy fixes. First, a unit that large requires a bigger kitchen trash can. Next, a bedroom for 6 people should have at least one closet. Both closets were locked for the owners. Overall, it was a very nice unit.

Family Week at the Beach Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beach Place is on 70th Street, a great location! The parking of your vehicle on the property right out the front door, fantastic. The beach is only steps away, no long walk! Nice beach and space! It’s not crowded, especially during the week. Close to places to eat and things to do. The family played miniature golf! The Beach Place is nice space to relax after a day at the beach. The outside porches gives you plenty of outdoor space and the sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. Huge screen TV in the living room and furniture has been updated to more beach since the picture shown. We cooked most meals, which made everything even nicer. I had to email a couple times for things to be looked at and the response time was great! One time the TV in the bedroom on floor one was not working; it had been unplugged. Easy fix! Enjoy your family time at the Beach Place!!! Oh, yes it’s a nice quiet area!!!!

The unit could have been a bit cleaner on arrival, but I mentioned the lack of normal broom in the house and the rental company said they would get right on it. Otherwise, can't really complain. We had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for our three families to all stay comfortably together! We would definitely rent again.

Great family rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was very cute. We loved the location - so close to the beach!! We also loved all the balconies. It was a very cozy place. The only thing I would say is it wasn’t super clean. Looks like the cleaning crew just did normal quick cleaning & doesn’t take the time to actually wipe things down & clean the floors thoroughly. Also the 3 flights of steps to get to the main area & the bedrooms became an inconvenience at times. I was pregnant while staying here so I was out of breath having to always be using stairs. Other than that we loved this unit & would stay again!

Fantastic layout - 2 minute walk to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've rented now 5 years in OCMD and this is my top 2 favorite house. The location is fantastic! It's just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house layout is great with 1 bedroom and attached bath on the 1st floor, then a spacious kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating. The living room is large, but the seating is a little sparse, but not really that big of an issue because the deck is right there and that's where you're spending most of your time. The deck walks you all the way down to the beach and you also get sunset views, I don't wake up for sunrise, but I'm sure you can see that too. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one that is great for kids because of the bunk beds and then the primary bedroom with the balcony. We enjoyed being right in the heart of OCMD, near Ron Jon and the golf courses, all the great spots to eat, etc.
