BEACH Vacation! Beachside Condo

Located on 70th Street, Summer Palace 18 is a comfortable condo on the ocean block side. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Summer Palace 18 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.
The spacious living room is furnished with a two comfy, couches, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the newly renovated kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has full-size bunk beds. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!
Amenities: central air conditioning, two parking spaces, two TVs, WiFi, stacked washer and dryer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and dishwasher.

The property owners were very responsive and kind. The condo is lovely and comfortable. Close to a wonderful beach. This is a great spot for a family.

Great Place!

We traveled with 3 grandparents and a teenager and the house was great for them all! Wonderful location. First floor made it easier for thegrandparents to get in and out.

Great location!

We secured this place because our family has stayed on the same street for 35 years but we needed additional space. It was terrific. Just what we needed and convenient for getting to our family’s place, the beach, and lots of local establishments.

Home Away From Home

This was our second visit and won't be our last. The location is absolutely perfect - close to restaurants, markets, ice cream, shopping, mini golf, etc. The condo is a perfect size and is equipped with everything you might need. The property owner is very nice and easy to work with. Just got home yesterday, and already looking forward to our next stay.

Great place for easy access to beach!

We had a very nice long weekend at the condo! Clean, open living room kitchen had a lot of light. Loved the patio. It was so easy to load and unload as parking is right of front of the door. Jeff was very quick to respond with an issue that we had and there was a quick resolution!

Beautiful little gem of a place!

We would definitely rent here again-the property was actually better in person than the pictures-which is rare. We loved the location in reference to the short walk to the beach, the restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the convenient parking. Overall the place was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable, the teen girl loved the bunk bed room. We enjoyed our own little happy hour on the patio-comfy chairs. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Jeff was excellent with communication-allowed us to check in as soon as cleaners were finished-saved us hours of waiting and driving around and killing time. We would 100% recommend staying here!

Great location

This unit is as described located very close to the beach. It is a ground floor unit with assigned parking right outside of the unit, loading and unloading was so easy. I look forward to visiting again.

Excellent!!

I’ve been spoiled by staying at a friends condo the last few years and was bummed to hear it would not be available for our annual Labor Day trip. However, I am so thankful to have found this property! We loved the size of the rooms and the bunk beds were perfect for my two boys. It’s a ground level unit with access to your parking spot right outside the front door of this unit. I cannot get over how convenient that made EVERYTHING. Loading/unloading the car and getting ready for the beach was a breeze. The kitchen has been updated and is fully stocked with anything you might need. Short walk to beach access and in the opposite direction, there is a grocery store, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream shop, ron jon, etc. Absolutely perfect location! Last but certainly not least, the communication with Jeff was excellent and he is extremely accommodating. Hope to stay again!!

Enjoyable week

Location was great. Easy access to beach and nearby restaurants. The only thing I would change is the bed in the second bedroom. Another queen size bed would more suitable for adults and still accommodate kids too.

We like the fact that it was a ground level unit and the terrace and parking spots we very close. easy access for loading and unloading car. close walk to beach and main drag. the bike lane was awesome to for biking down to the boardwalk. we would definitely book this unit again

Memorial Day weekend

We had an incredible stay! Condo was clean and Jeff was an amazing and accommodating host! He answered all our questions within minutes! We Had an issue with the AC and Jeff had a repair man within an hour to the condo and got us working! Great location and just steps to the beach! Would definitely book again!

Expectations exceeded!

We were so fortunate to find this lovely condo after our initially reserved space fell disappointingly far short of expectation. Summer Palace 18, #17, is a delightful space, so conveniently located, fully equipped, super clean, modern and comfortable! In short, we LOVED it and look forward to returning next summer! 😊

Great condo, great vacation!

My family very much enjoyed our stay! The owner was extremely responsive with any questions we had and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Check in was extremely easy. The condo itself was great. Very nice, updated and clean, along with modern appliances. We really enjoyed the property. The location was amazing as well, a short walk to the beach and so many restaurants/shops/activities within walking distance. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

A wonderful experience

A wonderful, comfortable place to stay. The renovations make SP 18 a step above the rest. A clean, spacious residence with more than enough amenities to help you feel right at home. The owners are friendly and easy to work with, making the rental process a breeze. Being on the first floor was an initial concern due to potential street noise, but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is. Only the occasional pedestrian walking to the beach. Plenty of entertainment within walking distance. Would definitely rent SP 18 again!
