Purchased in late 2024, this is a new rental for the 2025 Season and is in excellent condition. The kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is ready for all those cost-saving meals at home. The main bedroom has a queen bedroom and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a two twin bunk bed. The second bedroom has easy access to the full-size hallway bath. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The living room and both bedrooms have TV's. There is a washer/dryer for guest use along with free Wi-Fi.

In addition to all the great features listed above, this unit is only a block away from the beach for easy access and is strategically located on 70th street. It is the ideal location to experience all that Ocean City has to offer whether you head North or South. Prefer to stay close by? You will be near fabulous dining options such as Dead Freddie's, Touch of Italy, Longboard Cafe and Annabelle's, just to name a few. The kids will love being in walking distance to miniature golf, paddle boards and Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt! It's also a great spot for watching the cars and motorcycles during Cruisin' OC and Bike Week!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Last Minute Family Get-Away!

This property delivered on everything! Clean, comfortable, and convenient- all with a reasonable price tag for this family of 5. Less than a block to the beach, just across the street to restaurants, mini-golf, convenience stores, etc. All this and only a short drive to the Boardwalk. Quiet and comfy last minute get away!

Check in was very easy, stay was enjoyable. Very close to the beach! Kitchen and Wi-Fi access were very good.Could have used more toilet paper in master bathroom and hand soap in second bathroom. Also no extra trash bags were found in the kitchen. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice Condo to Stay in OC.

The condo was clean. Items were relatively new. Great TV channel select selection. Smart TV so I could sign into my Netflix. I was very pleased.

From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—clean, bright, and welcoming. It had everything I needed and more. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. I loved how convenient everything was!What really made this stay great was the host. He was incredibly responsive and kind, always quick to answer any questions I had and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. It’s clear they care about their guests.This trip was exactly what I needed, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. I’ll definitely be booking this same place again next time I visit Ocean City!
