Beautiful property! So cute and clean. Great location. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, ice cream and 10 min drive to Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak area. We also went to Flying W Ranch which was only 10 min away. We loved our stay.

My 2 teenage boys and I had a wonderful stay here! Close to everything! Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, shopping, food, and a grocery store. Great communication with the host! Everything was clean and smelled amazing when we arrived. Beds were comfortable too definitely recommend!

This property is a 5 star! It is well appointed, perfect location for walking to the delicious eateries and quaint shops. We found it to be a quiet and safe setting, as well.We loved the private back patio area and the front deck sitting area. The front deck area is perfect for deer watching in the early morning hours. We saw them daily. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking needs. The appliances are full size.Our family enjoyed making cookies, making pizzas, playing board games and walking.We never turned the living room TV on. Having two full baths and 3 large bedrooms gave everyone enough private space, too.Plus, we had off street parking.Our kind and generous host replied to any needs or questions texts within a couple of minutes! Impressive! My family will definitely return to this property!

Awesome location - close to all tourist activities. Old Colorado City was a pleasant surprise with shops and eating options within walking distance. Host was very responsive and proactive with info and directions for house. House was clean and offered everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!
