Studio Vent du Large: A stone's throw from the beach and in the heart of Canaulaise life, this studio-type apartment benefits from a sought-after location in Lacanau Océan. Located in a lively area, it allows you to fully enjoy shops, restaurants and summer activities accessible on foot. The ocean is about 100 metres away, as are the shops, while Lacanau lake is located 5 km away.



Functional and practical for a seaside holiday, this accommodation is ideal for a short stay. From the entrance, a sleeping area is set up with two bunk beds in 80 cm, offering a dedicated and optimised space. The main room consists of a studio space with a sofa bed for two people, a table and chairs, in a simple and effective layout.



The kitchenette area is equipped with electric hobs, a sink, a mini-oven, a microwave, a refrigerator as well as storage with crockery and utensils necessary for daily use. The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.



Outside, a small terrace with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy the sea air, ideal for meals or moments of relaxation after the beach. A parking space is also available, an appreciable advantage during the summer season in Lacanau Océan.



The furniture is deliberately simple, suitable for an economical and practical seasonal rental. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental and can be offered as an option. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Sa terrasse et son emplacement est un vrai plus, à proximité de l'océan et du centre ville bien animé. Tranquillité des voyageurs face au rafus de certains jeunes tard dans la nuit.
