New wooden house of 180 m² living space on 900 m² of enclosed land, with private swimming pool heated in summer.
*** Located in a very quiet residential area, respect for the tranquility of the neighborhood is imperative. Evenings or nighttime fuss are strictly prohibited, the use of the swimming pool must remain calm and without shouts

Swimming pool 8 * 4 m * 1.40 m without ladder, with electric shutter, heated from May to September (subject to sufficient outside temperatures)
Heating by wood stove and additional radiators (living room) and convectors (bedrooms and bathroom). A bag of logs is provided upon arrival.
*** Notice to the chilly: in winter and if the weather is particularly cool some of our tenants have judged that the large volume of the stay was a little difficult to heat. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very well heated by the convectors. ***
