This home in southern Burgundy offers all modern amenities in a rustic setting, all in vast enclosed park. The area allows the historical and cultural visits for the whole family.

This bright property comprises, on the ground floor, a large entrance hall leading to a living room with fireplace (60 m2), a dining room with a table that can accommodate many guests and a kitchen overlooking the terrace. Upstairs, the 6 bedrooms (4 beds for 2 and 4 beds 1) are divided into three living areas each consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom (bath) and separate toilet. The house is suitable for families and small groups of friends (complete baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing table).
Enjoy a large stone terrace overlooking an enclosed park. The house is equipped with a barbecue.

The village of Uchizy is a small village south of Burgundy with its Romanesque church. The shops are 100m from the house and the best white Burgundy wineries are within a few minutes of driving. The city of Tournus four Michelin starred restaurants. Historical and cultural tours are also available: Cluny Abbey, Chateau de Brancion, greenway along the Saône.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons ce logement, c'est encore mieux que la fois précédentes, le mur entre la salle a manger et la cuisine a été abattu, la cuiisine a été refaite a neuf, tout cet espace devient fonctionnel et agréable. Nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse. Tout est au top.

Très belle maison de maître au cœur de la Bourgogne

Nous avons loué la maison pour un week-end familial de 16 personnes adultes. Globalement très satisfaits, la maison est très belle et a beaucoup de cachet, spacieuse et dispose de toute les équipements nécessaires, y compris une grande salle à manger et sa table qui peuvent accueillir sans problème les 16 adultes. Seul bémol la cuisine, bien étriquée (les maîtres ne fréquentaient visiblement pas cette pièce à l’époque) et le frigo qui ne marchait pas. Merci au propriétaire pour la flexibilité sur l’heure de départ.

Parfait pour un séjour en groupe!

Nous avons passé 3 jours parfaits en groupe. La maison est spacieuse, on a chacun ses « appartements » et on ne se marche pas dessus. Très belle propriété, chaleureuse et facile à vivre. Beaucoup d'espace, ce qui permet de très bons séjours en groupe. Très bien équipée et félicitations aux personnes qui gèrent sur place car tout est très propre et en bon état.
