Welcome to 10 Knotts Way, a beautifully appointed 3-story home in a private community in North Forest Beach!

As you enter from the garage, to the left, is your laundry room complete with a sink, washer and dryer. To the right is the kitchen which has a center island with the flat top stove. There are two sinks, dishwasher, microwave, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. There are 6 bar stools at the kitchen counter plus the dining area has a glass table that seats 10. Perfect for entertaining family and friends.

This gorgeous home has a large living area with 24-foot ceilings and many windows allowing the beautiful Hilton Head sunshine in. The living area has plenty of seating with sectional sofa, 2 chairs and a 75" SMART TV making it the perfect place for family and friends to gather. From here, you have access to the outside covered deck where there is a wicker patio loveseat and 2 wicker chairs. Down a few stairs you will get to the pool/spa patio area where there is a wrought iron table with seating for 8, a Blaze gas grill, 6 lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. The pool area is completely fenced in and there is a green space for the kids to play.

Back inside the home, behind the living room, you will find the ½ bath in the hallway. There is a large master bedroom with a king bed, a chaise lounger, 2 accent chairs and a 42" SMART TV. The private bathroom has two single vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 on this level has two double size beds, an accent chair, and a 40" TV. It also has a private bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo.

On the second level of the home there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left has 2 double size beds plus a 42"TV hidden in the armoire. The private bath has a single vanity with a tub/shower combo. To the right of the stairs is another king size bedroom with 2 accent chairs and a 40" SMART TV. The en-suite has a single vanity and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has access to an outdoor deck overlooking the pool. There are 2 chairs and a small table for you to relax with your morning coffee. Outside this bedroom is a small beverage center with sink, mini fridge and microwave. There is a cute café style table with 2 chairs that overlook the 1st floor living room. Another large master suite is on the end of this hall. It has a king bed, 2 accent chairs, a large desk and 48" SMART TV. The en-suite bath has a double vanity, soaker tub and walk-in shower with bench seat. This room has access to a deck with 2 rocking chairs and a small table.

The final bedroom is on the 3rd floor. This room has a queen bed, a loveseat, and 40" cable TV with VCR. The en-suite has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. There is an elevator in the home with access from the garage to the third floor.

The home is located on the fourth row and is only 100 steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza where you will find shopping, dining, grocery, coffee shop, ice cream stores and entertainment. If you prefer, jump on a bike, and enjoy a ride on 55 miles of bike paths on the island. Bike path is located directly across the street.
