The first vacation home in many years that fulfilled it’s promises

The host was very friendly, always available and helpful with any questions. The house was very clean and well equipped. This is especially true for the kitchen, which is very important to us, as we don't eat out but always cook ourselves. Finally, no pans with scratched and therefore notoriously unhealthy coatings, tidy pots and pans, versatile kitchen utensils. The only recommendation for guests who also cook for themselves: bring a sharp knife. The house has a large terrace with a beautiful view and a small adjoining house with 2 apartments with their own bathroom. Good idea! The location is really very quiet, the neighborhood a mix of vacation homes and locals. We can highly recommend it.

L'emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les plages, mais totalement isolé de tout bruit.Le soir, la journée, c'est tellement silencieux que l'on se demande si l'on a pas un probleme auditif.La maison est grande et bien équipée.Il y a une superbe vue de la terrasse sans vis a vis.A noter, une tv dans chaque chambre.

non manca niente

eravamo 2 famiglie di amici, con figli sotto i 6 anni. ci siamo trovati benissimo. ambienti grandi, spazi sfruttati al meglio (anche esterni), da segnalare la dependance con 2 camere matrimoniali (oltre alle camere nell'abitazione principale) ognuna con bagno e doccia, comodissime al ritorno dalle spiagge... dotazione di tutto il necessario, abbiamo pagato a parte solo asciugami e lenzuola (comunque una cifra ragionevole). la casa è in un piccolo paese, divenuto una zona residenziale in collina nella periferia sud di Porto Vecchio, lontano quanto basta dalla T10, e in posizione strategica. In pochi minuti si arriva alla spiaggia di Santa Giulia, in mezz'ora alla foresta dell'Ospedale, volendo cambiare costa in 40 minuti si arriva alle spiagge di Pianottoli. Comodo il supermercato, vicino e aperto tutti i giorni. Abbiamo fatto molti km, fra spiagge, montagna, Bonifacio... nella 3° settimana di agosto, con ancora tanta gente in giro, ci siamo sempre trovati nella direzione opposta al traffico... senza mai fare code. Alla nostra prima esperienza di affitto di una casa con piscina privata... ideale per far sfogare i bambini fino all'ora di cena! proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili, e puntualissimi sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. clima e TV in tutte le stanze, ma la casa rimane abbastanza fresca. soggiorno e cucina molto ampi e luminosi. un po' "spartani" gli armadi, ma ambienti puliti. unica nota: all'esterno, parcheggio e area piscina, una marea di formiche... ma sembra un problema molto diffuso in quella zona. dopo qualche giorno abbiamo imparato a conviverci.
