great location, in-between pigeon forge and the smokey mountains park, with a short drive to both. The owner was very communicative and responsive to our questions about the property and hiking opportunities. Comfortable beds and couches. The shuffleboard table and video games were a hit as well as the hot tub. Well done, would recommend.

Just a really cozy, well designed cabin, a perfect location for visiting Smoky Mountains NP. Loved the TV, shuffleboard and arcade games. We very much enjoyed the place and would return if we're ever in the area again.

Everything from the cabin, the amenities, the rental process, and the host was fantastic! We really enjoyed the cabin and our host, Jennifer, gave us great suggestions on what activities we had available in Pigeon Forge.

When we got there we noticed the the cabin had not been cleaned and reset. As I was reaching out to Jennifer the cleaning crew arrived and explained that they were delayed due to an emergency. Without us asking, Jennifer refunded the cleaning fee. The cabin was everything we could have asked for and more. Described as being an a neighborhood but still feels remote. Has lots of small touches that show how much the host cares. Possibly the best place we have stayed in the area. We plan on booking it again next time we come.

The cabin was wonderful location was ideal. We enjoyed our stay. We got some much needed R&R and celebrated my dad’s 72nd Birthday as well. He said it was his best birthday ever.

We had a wonderful stay in 3 Dancing Bears - everything was wonderful and exactly as described! Communication was amazing and the location was perfect…we were about half-way between Cade’s Cove and The Island, so it was easy getting to where we wanted to go. Also, there is a food truck spot a couple of miles away and I highly recommend the Chicken Coop. We will definitely be back!!!

Location was great- very peaceful, quiet and woodsy. Very close to entering the park - no sitting in the awful town traffic to head out to hiking and nature Layout of rooms was convenient- back bedroom and master upstairs with bath and large shower and comfortable king bed. Decor very tasteful with a cabin feel. Played cornhole on the deck and had breakfast outside on the picnic table. Didn’t have time to use the hot tub but on the list for next time. Would recommend this place highly.

We loved the cabin. The cabin owner was great and stayed in touch with updates on our arrival day. The cabin is perfect for four guests. Clean and tidy. We love the Smokey Mountains and will certainly consider staying again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing cabin. The cabin had everything you could ask for. Perfect location to The Smokies for our daily hikes. Metcalf bottom is right down the street where we saw a few bear on our way home in the evening. Loved being minutes away from local restaurants in Wears Valley. My kids loved being so close to The Heavenly Roast coffee shop, Mountain Bros General store and The food truck social park. Will definitely be back!
