Nice house, close to the beach!

This is a great house for a family or group of friends beach trip. It’s a decent size, plenty of bathrooms and seating. I was pleasantly surprised with how close it was to the beach.

Emma, Thank you so much for the kind words. We are thrilled you chose our home for your recent beach trip. And, you are so very correct - - we have found our home the perfect size to host larger family/friend functions or to just enjoy a small quaint get together. Lastly, we appreciate you noting how close the beach is. Oftentimes, maps and overhead views do not tell an accurate story about what a short stroll it is to our private boardwalk. We would love to host you again in the future. - Russell & Kathi

Sam, thank you so much for the kind words about our home. And you are so right - - one reason we decided to share our home was that we wanted others to appreciate how " fantastic" it is - - close to everywhere you want to be and everything you want to. We are thrilled your family had such an enjoyable Spring Break. Please know you are welcome to visit with us again. - Russell & Kathi

Lydia, thank you so much for choosing our home to enjoy with your teens on Spring Break. One of the reasons we love the 30A community is that is provides so much fun for every member of the family. Our teens never have a dull moment when here. The great thing about the 30A area is the ability to enjoy special memories throughout every stage of life. We loved the location and the house fit all 6 of us and had a great beach feel. Very clean. No beach chairs which we would have liked, but the beach and the pool were great. Loved the seating in the living room and the sink on the third floor.

Great location

We have been staying in this neighborhood for many years, it’s such a great location and the neighborhood is very quiet with easy beach access at the end of the street. The house was very roomy, we had 5 family members staying and everyone had their own space. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. We would definitely recommend this house. The only thing I would suggest that could make it better were if there were beach chairs to use and bikes.

Great Neighborhood

The house was clean, well equipped with plenty of room for our family and a few friends. Our college students loved the third floor hangout room and balcony. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the beach. We’ve been coming to the area for more than 15 years and this is definitely one of our favorites!!
