Great house at excellent location

The house is very good located for visiting Nice (tram) and the area around Nice. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and has good terraces.

A wonderful, clean, fully equipped property, close to the tram and buses and shops. A garage for the car, but only used to get to the property from the airport. Lovely frendly and helpful owners. Thè outside area is spacious and the pool/hottub is a welcome distraction for the teenage children and adults.

What a great apartment, the photos really don’t do it justice. The place has a lovely style. The outside space is huge and the pool and spa is a great addition. Carole and Francois were very welcoming and met us to check in and introduce us to the accommodation. Location is ideal. So close to the centre of Nice. Literally a 5 min walk and 5-10 min tram journey. Also secure parking in a garage. We’d love to return one day. Highly recommend.

Excellent find with beautiful outside space.

We loved staying at this property very much. The pictures don't do the outside space justice. A huge seating terrace, plus the pool, us the barbeque area. Such a beautiful place to hang out and relax. It felt like a real home from home. It is well situated just five minutes from the tram into Nice.

Perfect stay for our vacation!

Nice and bright apartment very well located in a residential area, 3min walk to grocery store, local market and tram station. 3 bedrooms and lots of space so it was just perfect for our family. Big kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances and everything you can ask for: air fryer, oven, toaster, etc. Beautiful terrace with bbq, spa and pool, definitely the most outstanding feature! Great communication with owners, quick replies. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again on our next vacation in Nice.

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé avec de superbes espaces extérieurs.Situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied d'une station de tramway (ligne 1), l'accès au centre de Nice et à la gare SNCF est très facile et rapide.Nous recommandons ce logement !

Genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben...

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind insgesamt 10 Tage im herrlichen Domizil von Carole und ihrem Mann. Beide haben uns sehr sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie sind überaus sympathische Leute. Alles, von der Kommunikation im Vorfeld über den persönlichen Empfang an der Wohnung bis hin zur unkomplizierten Abreise, hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Garten mit der Grillecke und dem Pool ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Nizza und Umgebung verbringen.

Mieux que sur les photos ! maison spacieuse confortable. Carole et François sont tres accueillants, arrangeants et respectueux des vacanciers.Commerces a proximité pour le quotidien, tramways a deux pas de la location. Nous conseillons vivement !

Perfekter Urlaub

Super schön. Die Unterkunft war großartig! Tolle Einrichtung, wunderschöner Garten mit Poolbereich. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Objektes war auch sehr gut, wenige hundert Meter bis zum Supermarkt und zur Tram. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Parfait lieu de détente

L'un des commentaires que nous avons nous-même lu avant de réserver était "Mieux que ce a quoi on s'attendait.." Et, après coup, nous confirmons ce point de vue. La location est très spacieuse et contient toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un famille avec enfants. Le grand extérieur privatif avec jacuzzi et spa de nage est parfait pour profiter du beau temps niçois. La propriétaire est très gentille et arrangeante. Nous recommandons cette location sans souci !

Velindrettet og rummelig lejlighed med dejlig terrasse.

Vi havde 9 dejlige dage i denne lejlighed. 2 fine soveværelser og rigtig stort køkken og stue. En særdeles rummelig terrasse hvor vi spiste morgenmad og sad ude på om aftenen. Lejligheden ligger fint placeret i.f.t indkøbsmuligheder samt offentlig transport (5 minutters gang til sporvogn). Lejligheden ligger i et roligt kvarter med begrænset trafikstøj. Desuden lå lejligheden tæt på motorvejen hvilket gjorde det nemt hurtigt at komme ud af byen i.f.t udflugter. Vores vært var meget hjælpsom ved ankomsten og fik os vist rund i lejligheden. Dejligt badeværelse og håndklæder lå klar på sengene. WIFI fungerede fint og vi oplevede ingen problemer. Vi kan bestemt anbefale denne lejlighed som base for udflugter rundt i Nice og omegn. A great place for relaxation 🌞

If you want a vacation, where you can spend some time away from all the daily stress and turmoil, you will find it in this place, and it has many possibilities for sunbathing and real bathing in the pool in the garden.

Une location qui offre toutes ses promesses et plus...

Cette location niçoise offre toutes ses promesses : confort, équipement complet, grande originalité de l'appartement (décoration, meubles) et du jardin (entretenu avec soin), quatre endroits pour les repas (dont un barbecue et un salon de jardin) et surtout une piscine-jacuzzi... Les propriétaires sont des personnes dévouées et sympathiques. Un excellent séjour !

Great place for holiday

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the house! It was way better then we expected. The house has everything you need and is spacious and clean. The garden and terrace are huge and amazing. The pool is great to cool down and the jacuzzi is nice for when it cools down a little. The tram, supermarket and bakery are closeby and within 15 minutes you are in the centre of Nice. The station is also nearby and a great way to visit other towns in the surrounding of Nice!

Appartement tout confort en centre ville, une immersion dans NICE avec toutes les commodités: Tram, commerces etc... Un atout maître: Le jacuzzi XXL ! Toutefois, quelques petits détails à revoir afin de rendre la prestation irréprochable. Je conseille vivement cette destination.
