Very nice and comfortable house

We had a very nice stay for a long weekend and wanted to see the area, go hiking and enjoy nice restaurants. The house is very quiet but you can quickly get to the bigger centers of the area like Spa or Malmedy. The landlord is really nice and relaxed. You will find all you need in the house and it is very modern with nice decoration. I can highly recommend a stay there.

An amazing apartment, a must stay at when visiting the area

Richard’s apartment is exactly as described, probably better and is spotlessly clean. It’s centrally located to explore the area easily and quickly, located in a quiet little village. It’s lovingly decorated with modern and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has all the applicances and utensils you require for self catering including a large fridge/freezer. The bathroom is just divine, nice and spacious and airy. The bed and linen were of quality to ensure a perfect nights sleep. Parking was right at the front door which was a bonus. It was handy to have both a washing and separate dryer. Richard was a great host, very communicative. We highly recommend staying at this apartment

Mooie vakantiewoning. Helemaal compleet ingericht, aan echt alles is gedacht. Netjes en schoon. Leuke ligging in klein dorpje. Geen winkels in het dorpje maar wel een goed restaurant en een frietkot. Gastvrije ontvangst met allerlei tips wat er te zien en te doen was in de omgeving. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt en leuke stadjes in de buurt bezocht.

Der Kontakt und Check-in waren unkompliziert und nett. Unser Gastgeber sprach kein Englisch oder Deutsch, wir kein Belgisch oder Französisch. Aber wir haben uns dennoch irgendwie gut verständigen können. Für den ersten Abend hat er uns sogar ein Restaurant in SPA vorbestellt und uns die Uhrzeit und Adresse zukommen lassen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Meine Tochter und ich würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber.

Nous avons trouvé l'endroit idéal pour rayonner dans le secteur. De belles balades : Vallée de la Sawe, Vallée de l'Hoëgne, Ninglinspo. Visites de Liège, Spa et Maastricht.Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Conforme à l'annonce

Location conforme à l'annonce, accueil très chaleureux. Logement très clair, fonctionnel.. on se sent chez soit. Seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas de volets et malgré les rideaux, on est réveillé par le jour ou le lampadaire qui reste allumé toute la nuit. Logement idéalement situé près des frontières avec les Pays-Bas, l'Allemagne et le Luxembourg. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Je ne peux qu’utiliser des superlatifs pour l’ensemble des prestations. Rapport qualité prix excellent, déco sobre et de bon goût , équipements très complets et de qualité, il ne manque rien. Il arrive premier (le deuxième est très proche) de tout les gîtes que nous avons fréquentés

Perfect cottage!

My husband and I were visiting for the Belgium GP and stayed in this beautiful cottage. It has everything you will need and is wonderfully clean, tidy and organized. The husband and wife owners are wonderful people and helped my husband and I with navigating (as inexperienced American travelers in Belgium haha) we particularly loved the outdoor patio, it was wonderful to sit out with coffee or enjoy dinner. The kitchen is very nice and clean with everything you need. The owners very nicely provide coffee and tea, too. The shower is nice and big, much bigger than expected (actually the cottage is much bigger than I expected too!) We thoroughly enjoyed out time staying in this picture perfect cottage.
