Location! Location! Location! This fabulous, 3 BDR 2 BA condo is located in the coveted F Building (closest to Rosemary Beach) in the popular Village of South Walton. The Rosemary Beach sign is just below the building to the east, and all restaurants and activities in Rosemary Beach Town Center are a short walk away! Nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, the location provides a multitude of shopping and dining options as well as outside entertainment and activities! Make time for a beach stroll at dusk to catch some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world! The private beach access is only a free tram ride (available seasonally) or short walk away. There is plenty to do, see, and eat in the extra special community of the Village of South Walton and along the iconic and scenic highway 30A! Our space is professionally decorated with coastal decor that includes a roomy sectional, king beds in both the master and second bedrooms, full over full bunks in the bunk room, mounted smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, and stainless appliances. We have a well-stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in the unit to make you feel right at home regardless of how long your stay (and we hope it's a LONG one!)

This is the perfect location if you don't bring a car, or if you want to park your car and never get back in until time to go, as there are many restaurants, shops, galleries and activities within walking distance in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, or Alys Beach. And our famous 18-mile paved walking/hiking/biking trail will provide you with even more options at the unique communities along 30A via bike, if that's your thing!

Spring Break Oasis

Great rental in a wonderful location!

This rental was perfect for our girls’ weekend getaway! Clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. The pools were great and the close access to shops, restaurants and the beach was perfect! Rosemary Beach is the best of the small beach towns we saw and I’d highly recommend this rental/Laura as a host. Thank you!

We've been coming to 30A for 7 years and this trip did not disappoint. The condo had plenty of room for our crew of 5 and was exactly as advertised. Great location in Seacrest above the shops and directly next door to Rosemary. The property manager/host Laura was a pleasure to work with.

The location couldn’t be more perfect. Right between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. We rented bikes and biked or walked everywhere. Absolute perfection.

Location was ideal! Loved the aspect of the restaurants and shops on the first level and condos on upper floors. So convenient! Can walk to other nearby restaurants and shops too. The walk to the beach is 10 minutes. Condo was very nice and had all the necessities. Beds were comfortable. Price was fair.

Great location!

We made a very last-minute decision for a long weekend trip to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was exactly as described and in a perfect location. We never used our car after checking in. There were many restaurants nearby, live music each night in the pavilion area, and the walk to the private beach access wasn't too bad. Laura was great to work with and helped arrange an earlier pick-up for our armbands to access the pool and beach area before our unit was ready.

Winter weekend

Overall very nice. Some of the light bulbs need to be replaced. My daughter slept in the front bedroom. Woke up all 3 morning with a back ache. Bed was awful. I know it’s a rental, but I had to put a blanket down on the couch to sit on it. Very dirty.

Perfect Getaway

We booked Laura’s place which is a 3-bedroom even though it was just two of us because we wanted the full kitchen and laundry. We were thrilled to see that the balcony was large and in the shade all day long. We ate all meals there and had morning coffee there. I loved how the pool was just off the back side of the property. The property was beautifully furnished. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. I found everything I could have needed. Loved having a full size fridge. We were there almost a full week so we enjoyed shopping at Publix just down the road or popping into Sundries grocery which was directly below us. It was quiet in the building. Never heard slamming doors or noisy neighbors. It was a perfect getaway.

Wonderful Getaway Beach Trip

My wife and I had a fantastic stay. Rosemary Beach felt like stepping into a modern European village, complete with boutique shops, restaurants, and green spaces. The condo development is nestled near a semi-circular plaza where food vendors set up around a common area. Live music and a lively atmosphere added to our excitement. The condo itself stretches from the back to the front of the building and features a balcony overlooking 30A. Downstairs, there are shops, eateries, and convenience stores, all just steps away. The unit was very clean. While some reviews mentioned it being a bit older with imperfections, but it didn’t detract from its character. The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 near the front and a master suite in the back next to the balcony, where we stayed. Each room is equipped with a large TV, and the beds are on the firm side, though we slept well. Light sleepers should be aware that sound from the street and downstairs shops does carry into the unit, as the windows aren’t heavily sound-insulated but things quieted down around 11 p.m. The location truly can’t be beat. Within minutes, you can walk to the town square and the iconic Pearl Hotel. We highly recommend renting bikes from downstairs to explore the area. Keep in mind that you are in the heart of a highly desirable area, so prices reflect that. The place is beautiful, the location is exceptional, and our host, Laura, was incredibly attentive, responsive, and a true pleasure to communicate with!

Perfect location to Shopping, Restaurants, and Beaches

The location was ideal for renting bikes and accessing shops, restaurants, beaches, and other spots on 30A. The condo was a great size for a family of five. The bunk bed bedroom has no closet, a very small dresser, and limited floor space, so ok for kids but wouldn’t be ideal for a 3rd couple. This was our first trip to the area, and we had a great time. The private beach was way too crowded for us, though, so we spent most of our beach time at Inlet beach, which was recommended by the owner and is public but beautiful with plenty of room to space out and have full view of the gulf. We rode our bikes there. I rented a trike to have the large cargo basket to carry our beach stuff and cooler. We only used the pools a few times, but they were nice. Having a store downstairs with essential groceries and food was great but got expensive, so we ordered groceries from Target drive-up service, which is a short-drive away. Parking at the condo is limited, so being able to ride bikes most of the time and not have to get in the car was great. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The condo was nicely decorated, but it is an older condo with some wear/things not working properly, particularly in the tile flooring, which had large cracks and holes, and the door knobs, some of which didn’t lock. A settling issue kept the primary suite bathroom pocket door from locking or even closing all the way (open about an inch), so I was on edge when showering/using the bathroom in a condo full of people who seem to always need me at those times. Lol You could lock the bedroom door, but neither of the doors for the balcony locked, so someone could still come in off the balcony. A maintenance guy came in the first day we were there due to someone else reporting the issue, but it required opening the wall to fix it. Dishes and kitchen supplies are kind of an afterthought. I brought paper products with us, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. But if you like to cook instead of going out, you may not have everything you need. There is good closet space but no hangers. I put some in my Target order, so we could hang up our clothes. We had a few noise issues. There were people above us who had small children who ran and jumped from one end of the condo to the other, so sleeping in was difficult. One night there was a group having a loud sing-along from their balcony for hours. The owner and the building manager were responsive when contacted.

I love being a host because I love helping others have the best time possible on their vacation! I know a lot about the area and am happy to be a resource for questions and to help guests learn more about the area that we love so much! We love our guests and have many repeat guests, some of whom have become friends!

I have loved 30A for many years for it's beautiful beaches, variety of activities, including festivals and live music, miles of walking/running, biking trails, and unique Dune Lakes and State Parks in which to hike, paddleboard, and kayak. This whole area is both family-friendly and romantic, with a decidedly upscale vibe!

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the Village of South Walton the first time I stayed there,, and subsequently have bought 2 units in the property. The location is extraordinary! Steps from Rosemary and all of its shops and amenities (spa, fitness center, salon, shops, etc.), a short walk to Alys Beach, and a great greenspace all its own with a very happy vibe, bike rentals, great food, and live music. I also love the tram to the private beach access and the great pool/hot tub area. We have guests time and time again marvel at how much there is to do without ever getting back in their car, but for long stays, there's even more to explore in the various little communities with their own unique vibes and offerings along iconic 30A!

What makes this property unique

The gorgeous turquoise ocean and white sands rival the Caribbean! 30A is one of only 2 areas in the country that has coastal dune lakes, and we are so fortunate to be able to paddle board and kayak on them! There are 4 state parks in the area that have hiking trails, paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing, picnicking, and more! The 18-mile walking/hiking/biking paved trail that takes you to various unique beach communities is unmatched! There's truly nowhere like our community...it's one of a kind! I hope this becomes your happy place as much as it is mine, and that you enjoy it stay after stay!

This is not your average Florida beach trip! There is just so much to do, and such a community atmosphere. If you've been here, you know this, and if you haven't, please come try it out! You'll be back!
