About this property

Your Las Vegas Casa in a convenient location

Welcome to your Casa in Las Vegas in a convenient location (5 min from Chinatown and 10 min from the strip and Convention Center). In the middle of 3 hospitals, several grocery stores, and many restaurants. It is a separate house on one-half acre attached to our house but with its own kitchen, laundry, and living room. There is an outside rec area that has easy access (I am working to upgrade) but is a very nice place to eat meals with a gas grill and fully lit at night. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen with an eating area, a living room, and a laundry room. We need to rent out for 30 days at a time for local short-term rental laws, so please inquire before you rent as to availability and term.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Open sewage and insects. Host hung up on me when I called. Booked for 21 days, stayed less than one hour - that time being how long it took me to find a CLEAN HOTEL.

I am American and my wife Judith is Filipino. We were married in Bacaong in 2015 and Valencia is my wife's home town. We travel between the US and the Philippines regularly and wanted a place to stay while visiting family.

Why they chose this property

This house is next to one of our family member's house and we are trying t bring it back to its former glory. With our family, we are making it shine again and our guests can also enjoy this traditional Filipino house in a very established quiet neighborhood in a very desirable town to live in.

What makes this property unique

The house is in a shady setting and a quiet desirable neighborhood. The Valencia square and plaza are within walking distance so you can get fresh foods, a western breakfast, or some of the best BBQ and Lechon belly in the Philippines. It is close to mountain activities and also close to Robinson mall (for all of your needs and Dumaguete for city life. Our family is more than happy to arrange any sightseeing or transportation needs while you are there just help them out with tips for their helping you,
