Very nice villa of 190m ² (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) on wooded land of 2000m ² in very calm environment (impasse) with large swimming pool in salt, secured, on commune to the 7 ports of the Bassin d'Arcachon, Gujan-Mestras.
Close to Arcachon, the beaches of the basin and the ocean, very close to the leisure base, accessible by bike in 10 min. (Tennis, Swimming pool & spa, Aqualand, Kid's park, Coccinelle, Accrobranches, ...). All shops and services.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber hat uns mit wertvollen Tips für die Umgebung versorgt und kümmerte sich hingebungsvoll um sein Anwesen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool war ein Highlight, durch die Möglichkeit zur Abdeckung war die Temperatur perfekt.

Propriété idéale pour des vacances réussies

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable en famille à Gujan. La villa de location était idéale.Le terrain est grand autour de la maison. Le gazon est très bien entretenu et le paysagisme avec les arbres, les fleurs et autres détails est très sympa. Les arbres attirent les oiseaux, ce qui est très agréable. La piscine est grande, et avec son système de fermeture à télécommande, elle chauffe vite et reste propre.La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse, grâce aux grandes baies vitrées. Tout est bien équipé entre les chambres, la salle de bains, le séjour/salle à manger et la cuisine.L’emplacement de la propriété est très silencieux et proche de tout.Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Dans une maison magnifique et très spacieuse avec mezzanine, petits et grands ont profité de l espace pour jouer, chanter... et la cuisine fort bien équipée a permis de confectionner nos repas de fêtes sans difficulté. Séjour génial et propriétaire au petit soin !!

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette villa du 15 au 29 août 2021. La maison est parfaite pour séjourner en famille !! Le jardin est de toute beauté, bien entretenu, la piscine est nickel et recouvrable pour conserver une bonne température. En bref tout était parfait pour nos vacances !! Merci encore à notre hôte pour son accueil chaleureux, ses conseils pour nous guider dans la région et ses belles attention à notre égard. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous sommes de passage dans la région !!!

Nous avons passé nos vacances à deux familles dans cette propriété extrêmement agréable et spacieuse et très bien située pour toutes les activités sur le bassin d'arcachon. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire qui n'a pas hésité à prendre de son temps pour nous montrer les meilleures adresses du coin. Je recommande sans hesitation.

The house is fantastic and really well equipped. The owner, Philippe is very helpful and welcoming. The pool and garden were great and perfect for a family. The area the house is in is ideal for families, lots of things to do all within 10-15 minutes drive. Overall highly recommended.
