We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and well equipped apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Mateo was a responsive host who greeted us personally on arrival. A real home from home.

Fantastic location. Mateo was great to deal with. Apartment is big and has all the facilities you could hope for. Washing machine too. Sofas and beds very comfortable. Best bit is balcony gets the sun all day

Excellent stay in Alicante

This is a comfortable well equipped apartment within15 to 20 minutes walk to the old town restaurants and good ones nearby. Online pictures don't do it justice. ÀMateo is a welcoming host.

Mateo was excellent when we arrived. He helped with parking and walked with us to the grocery store. The apartment is adequate. We replaced the batteries for a chirping smoke detector. The shower was not draining and we had to pull out hair from the drain to make it work better. We also restocked the toilet paper. The electric teapot has flakes of the lining floating inside. The microwave was nearly impossible to use. The A/C vent in one bedroom was noisy when it opened. There were no instructions on how to work the A/C. In spite of all that, the apartment worked well for us and was comfortable.

A lovely, spacious apartment which had everything we needed for a great holiday. Mateo, our host, greeted us at the apartment and allowed us in early at 1pm. This was great and very much appreciated. He showed us how everything worked which was also very helpful. The apartment was peaceful and the Spanish residents we met were nice and friendly. It has a great location and was near lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The bus station was just 5 mins away and a short walk to the marina and promenade. The air conditioning was very good and it was great to have a lovely balcony to sit out in the morning and evening. Things that we appreciated the most were the 2 bathrooms, the nespresso compatible coffee machine, the sun umbrellas to take to the beach and the very well equipped kitchen.We would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to stay again. Thank you Mateo for being a lovely host!

The property was in an excellent area for amenities & public transport. Communication from the host was great, with handy tips on places to visit etc. A great sized apartment with a lovely Spanish feel to it. Many thanks to Mateo who made our stay easy.

Nice stay

We rented the apartment for 6 weeks and had a very nice stay. The apartment is not the most modern we have rented but it was well kept. It is a bit off the center of Alicante so you have to walk a bit. Mateo who was our host was very helpfull and kind.

Comfortable Apartment

Excellent apartment, very clean and well equipped. Two full bathrooms and nice balcony with sea view. Beds were quite comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast and trouble free. Location was excellent and only a five minute walk from bus connection to the airport. Matteo was a great host and made check in fast and easy. Highly recommended.

Stay in Alicante

The apartment had everything we needed and was in good location. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was pleasant area to sit especially to have breakfast and also to sit on of an evening. Was within easy walking distance to the beach and Old Town but also on good bus route, both from the airport and to the front and Old Town. Host left information at the apartment regarding the buses. Decent supermarkets nearby, as well as cafes and bars. Good communication with the host who met us at the apartment and also came when we were leaving. Where possible host was flexible with arrival and leaving time. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and well-appointed apartment

The apartment is as described in the online details. It is conveniently located with lifts to get you to the third floor and there are nearby shops and bus stops. Beach is 10-15 minutes walk away. Small balcony which is sheltered and catches winter sun between about 10.30 and 5. Alicante is a good centre for visiting other interesting places (the bus station is round the corner and train station about 10 minutes' walk). Mateo and his wife are very pleasant, welcoming and helpful.

Perfect location, very well organised owner (Matea)

Matea met us outside the apartment as arranged. We arrived early enough to pop to the supermarket next door, (which is open late anyway) but if we had been late arrival, there was plenty of essential basics provided for first nights stay! The apartment is very quiet, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean - everything worked well, & the good sun blind on the balcony was appreciated - we rarely sat indoors. The location is great, just a nice stroll into the centre, and also to the tram, bus & train station. We used the tram several times, also found lots of different walking routes into the centre & old town, usually involving lots of coffee/beer breaks en-route. For an evening meal there is loads of choice - so nice to have the option of either a closer or further stroll, depending what time we could rouse ourselves from pre-dinner drinks on the balcony! Matea kindly agreed a later departure time on our final day, as our flight didn't leave Alicante until 17.00, he was a lovely man to deal with, throughout

Comfortable condo in a nice location

Three of us stayed in this condo for the month of September and really enjoyed it. It’s got a nice little balcony and we enjoyed watching the cruises ships come and go. The living room has ample space. The bedrooms are decent size. There’s a nice big fridge in the kitchen and all the supplies you need. It was great to have a washing machine too. The beds were comfortable, though they could use a few more pillows. The a/c was a bit noisy but kept us cool. The condo is decorated a bit old fashioned but it is cozy. The owner Mateo is a lovely man and answered all questions (in Spanish or with Google translate). The liked the location as it was within a very easy and pleasant 15 min walk of the old town and esplanade (20 min to the beach) and just far enough out to be quiet and a bit residential. There were several good grocery stores and restaurants within a 3 to 10 min walk, with a Carrefour Express right next door. The bus station is a convenient 5 min walk and we used it or the local bus stop many times. The train and tram stations were 10 to 15 min walk. We loved Alicante and would happily stay at Mateo’s place again.

Lovely apartment and location, Best hosts ever!

We chose this apartment based upon its location, size, and a review that stated it had a sunny balcony from 10-5 in the winter. We were not disappointed and really enjoyed all 3 months here in our home away from home. The hosts have a well equipped kitchen which was very important to us including little things like an apron, multiples of things like measuring cups and plastic storage containers. They also had a rolling grocery cart which we didn't use but it was nice that it was available. Beds were very comfy and they provided extra sheets and pillow cases making sheet changing easier. Also provided cleaning products which was nice to not have to get glass cleaner, degreaser and stainless steel spray. Iron and ironing board were also handy as i had clothes that needed pressing. The property has a concierge which was nice as i once dropped a sock from the laundry window. He went and retrieved it for me. Heres a piece of advice…hang out your small items on the pop up dryer and use the drying line for big items. The view is great. We loved watching the big boats come in and out of the port. We sat on the balcony all the time with a glass of wine. The apartment was very quiet. We slept very well. We had 3 sets of visitors come and they remarked that the other beds were also comfy. Mateo was very kind to come out to help us one night when we were in a jam so he holds a special place in our hearts for his kindness.

Een goed appartement wat gedateerd uitzicht ingang van de haven. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement keukengerei enz. Supermarkt 3 min lopen en fijn restaurant met een menu voor 12,50 pp vanaf 13.30 u. De moeite waard. Centrum goed te belopen busstation vlakbij met bus C6 van en naar airport. Een aanrader. H Burger Nederland.

Gute zentrale Lage

Was fehlte ist eine Garage, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Es gibt blaue Parkplätze, die jeweils nur für 2 Stunden reserviert werden können.
