A huge pool in the heart of a large garden, a spa, a sauna, an outdoor kitchen, and numerous terraces—including one under a pine grove that can double as a dance floor if the mood strikes you... You won’t be bothered by neighbors here—these are places to play or relax, following the shade or the sun depending on your taste and mood at the moment.
You won’t want to leave this little corner of paradise, even for the long sandy beaches—which are just a seven-minute drive away, along with the supermarket, and you’ll have to go there eventually...! The nearest basic shops are just five minutes away. You’ll also have the option of taking a dirt path through the scrubland and fields where sheep graze to head down to the beach, passing by the Falcone Tower and the Alistro Lighthouse.

Garden description:
A huge 19m x 9m pool, equipped with a diving board, steps, and a ladder, a diving pit, and a shallow area for non-swimmers. Secured in accordance with current standards.
Near the pool, a sauna that seats 5–6 people and an outdoor shower with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains, as well as another outdoor shower.
