5 minutes walk from the beach of the Casino located in the city center and near the customs path.
This apartment on the 2 nd floor with elevator is located in a quiet residence, it is equipped for 4 people. It will seduce you with its comfort, entirely done again for nine including the furniture, it looks like the following:
Entrance hall with wardrobe, cupboards.
Living room with large bay window, it is composed of a kitchen with American style, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave combined, etc. corner living room with sofa, TV gd flat screen, access to a beautiful terrace equipped with a table and chairs for meals or rest facing the sea,
Master bedroom with bay window, equipped with a bed of 160 x 200, a large wardrobe closet, overlooking terrace with views of beautiful pavilions without vis-à-vis, bedding is new mattress and anti-mite bedding. No carpeting in the apartment.
Adjoining room equipped with 2 bunk beds of 90 x 200, duvets and pillows, linen storage in drawer under lower bed,
Large bathroom, washing machine. Separate WC. Wireless. Sheets in supplements 10 € / bed. Optional cleaning 40 €. towels provided but not towels. Heating in supplement. Local bicycles. Private parking place for your vehicle.
Shops, supermarkets, fish market open in the morning to the fishing port, summer market, casino.
In summer, mini golf, kindergarten. Discover the inland of Armor, and the coast: the island of Bréhat, Paimpol, Binic, Ploumanac'h, and its pink rocks, etc.
Painters in watercolor bring your equipment, the changing colors of the sea will make you dream !!!

Wohnung perfekt, Meerblick genial. St. Quay-Portrieux mit seinen vielen schönen Stränden und direkt am Zöllnerweg ist ein idealer und doch ruhiger Ort.Busverkehr gibts jedoch nicht landeinwärts sondern lediglich Ri. Paimpol und St. Brieuc.Wir hatten trotzdem keine Langeweile - ohne Auto!

Saint quay-portrieux

Beaucoup d' escapades à faire à pied autour de saint quay-portrieux même en hiver nous avons profité du soleil des arbres en fleurs vraiment un séjour au top avec un appartement et une vue sur la mer avec ses marées changeant le paysage.

Vue incroyable à deux pas de la mer

L"appartement de Claude est vraiment top.Nous avons passé un super séjour. La vue de la mer changeante avec les marées et le temps est incroyable, j'aurais pu y passer tout mon séjour. La mer est à deux pas et les commerces à dix minutes à pied. Les départs de ballade à vélo ou à pied sont à côté aussi. Boucherie et poissonerie au top au milieu de Saint Quay. Bref, un super séjour dans un super appart (très très bien équipé) avec un super Hote.

Tolles Apartment, wunderbarer Blick

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Apartment. Es ist groß,sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Blick vom Balkon des Wohnzimmers auf das Meer ist traumhaft und man sieht dort morgens den Sonnenaufgang und vom Balkon im Schlafzimmer den Sonnenuntergang, einfach herrlich. Claude ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns trotz schlechtem französisch gut verständigt. Merci Claude pour l‘hospitalite!,

Parfait !

Tout était parfait (sauf le temps la dernière semaine qui aurait pu y mettre du sien !). L'appartement est très bien situé et offre tout le confort souhaité avec une vue sur mer qui change au gré du temps et des marées. Le propriétaire, quant à lui, est très sympathique et nous avons été très touchés par ses présents. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos petits enfants😊. Appartement spacieux et très confortable où rien ne manque, très bonne literie. Et le plus plus c’est cette superbe vue sur la mer d’où nous pouvons faire de belles photos du levé du soleil.
