Frisco Condo on Lake Dillon

Beautiful, updated condo with view of Lake Dillon. Located across the street from the lake, you can walk/bike/show shoe/x-country ski onto amazing paths connecting to downtown Frisco, Breckenridge or head to the top of Loveland and Vail Passes. Ideally located for family and friends ski trips and summer get aways to Cooper Mountain (12 minutes), as well as Breck(23Min), Loveland, Arapahoe (21Min), Vail(51 Min) and Ski Cooper(44Min). Newly-installed floors with off-street parking.

Health and Safety:
Our HOA is wiping common areas down routinely including garbage areas etc. Furthermore, our buildings involve entrances that are not common. IE, the vestibule up to our condo is an open vestibule. We do not have common Hallways, doorways or elevators. And we are following the CDC's guidelines. If surfaces are dirty, they are cleaned using a detergent or soap prior to disinfection. We then use bleach solutions to disinfect, focusing on high exposure areas such as door knobs, and light switches. We are providing hand sanitizer and soaps inside the unit.

Great mountain get away with the family

This is a great property with plenty of room. We enjoyed the comfy beds and the new flooring. The kitchen is nicely appointed and well stocked with spices, pancake mix and lots of other good stuff.

Best Condo We’ve Ever Stayed In

When we arrived there was a container of hand sanitizer on the counter waiting for us with useful information regarding mask ordiances and everything you needed to know about the condo. This is by far the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. We were able to walk around without shoes and our feet were not black, there were no finger prints to be found, no dust on the ceiling fans, the faucets and refrigerator were spotless as well. Not only was this the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in, but they furnish you with everything you could possibly need. It was the most well thought and stocked condo. Keith and Carmen were very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Clean and well-maintained. Perfect for our family. Location was exactly what we needed - close to the lake, hiking trails, grocery stores. Short drive to Breckenridge. We hope to stay here again next summer.

Great Condo!

Our family of 4 booked in Frisco so we could be close to the different ski resorts. The condo was super nice and open - the tall ceilings were a huge surprise! I loved that our bedroom was on the opposite side of the room our boys shared, and we had our own bathrooms! The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was super cozy. My boys loved the balcony, and the view was so wonderful. We will definitely try and book here again in the future!

Lovely Ski Condo

We had a great time at this ski condo. It was a quick drive to Copper Mountain. It was perfect to have access to the complex's three hot tubs after the slopes. This unit is very clean and the owner will respond quickly to any questions you have.
