Location is excellent. The TV remote functioned only partially. There were silverfish in the kitchen, bedroom, and also in the bed. Pretty gross

This was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meal and everything was clean and comfortable. We were able to check in early at the last minute for a reasonable fee. If I return to Dillon I would definitely stay again.

The location and accommodations were amazing, clean and cozy! Easy unit access and great host communication. The view and visits from all the hummingbirds was magical. The nearby tiki bar and coffee shop were a nice bonus.

Great spot

A friend and I stayed for a concert at the amphitheater. It was an easy walk to the amphitheater and a nice quiet home base for the weekend with a great view. Hope to come back!

Beautiful Getaway to the Mountains

Perfect for our five day ski trip! Close to the slopes, restaurants and grocery store. Woke up to snow every morning and beautiful mountain scenery. We enjoyed our time and the host was readily available for any questions we had. Easy check-in and check- out!

Great Winter Get Away

It was a great little one bedroom condo. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival all was clean and tidy. Host was very friendly and was quick to respond when needed. We had a great stay and would recommend this rental to others with out hesitation.

Location! Location! Location!

In addition to the fabulous views of Dillon Reservoir from the patio and living room, this condo is walking distance to everything - downtown restaurants and bars, the Dillon Amphitheater, and the amazing biking/walking path around the res. We were here for the Dillon Brew Fest and had a great time.

Cozy with great views

Perfect for a single person or a couple. Great location, amazing views. Other reviews and comments were accurate. The outside light doesn’t work and it was after dark when I got there making the door hard to open. I made the property manager aware and left the inside light on so I could see when I got in late. The bed was comfy

Nice little vay-cay spot

We did enjoy the location, close to Breckenridge, Keystone, and a few other spots. Nice view of Lake Dillon too. The only reason for not giving it top stars was the furnace was very loud turning on. And unless it was operator error, the couch did not pull out to a usable bed for an adult.
