This is the perfect retreat for a large group with 3 beds + Den , 3.5 baths and sleeping accommodations for 10, so everyone can enjoy their privacy in this secluded mountain retreat. Enjoy the best of both worlds in a home nestled in the mountains that backs up directly to the lake, and only a few steps from the paved Summit Recreational Pathway. The weather is perfect all year round: in the winter for skiing and snow sports, and in the summer for boating, hiking, and biking. From this ideal hub you won't be far from any of it. Take in the breathtaking views from the large decks (one off the main living room, and one off the master bedroom) and enjoy a soak in the hot tub.

If you are coming in the Winter or Summer this is the Perfect location for your mountain get away.

The Property -
Masters Bedroom: King Bed with a private balcony, Private bath.
2nd Bedroom : Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom: Twin over Full Bunk bed
Downstairs Living Room Area: Queen Sofa Sleeper , Twin Day bed with another Twin Trundle Underneath.

Everyone's welcome with this much room! You can cook for an army in this large fully equipped kitchen. After dinner, enjoy a movie on the living room's flat screen or turn it off and relax in the company of good friends by the fire.

When it's time for bed, there are e plenty of sleeping options with one king, one queen, two twins and a twin trundle plus extra space on the queen sofa sleeper.

Wonderful stay - beautiful town home!

Fall Getaway

We loved this property! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed! We loved the lake views from the balconies! Our favorite spot was the hot tub, great after biking and hiking! We hope to return soon!

Walk to the lake!

Great experience from start to finish at this property. Property management company was so easy to work with. Spacious, clean, walking distance to the lake and oh yeah-the hot tub!

Family get away

Plenty of room and amenities in the kitchen. As a caution for seniors, there are a lot of stairs and fairly narrow in case you aren’t able to climb stairs easily. The location and views are priceless. Very close to I-70 so you do get Interstate noise. Overall, I would stay there again

Clean, easy to find, good location. The only negative was that the grill needed to be scraped and cleaned up. My husband did this so we could grill up our chicken. Beautiful location and neat and tidy home.

wow!

We stayed at this property several times last winter. It is perfect! Fantastic location, perfect sleeping set-up, plenty of space and restrooms. The hot tub is spectacular. The upkeep and finishes make it feel like home. The owners were responsive and accommodating. We'd highly recommend this unit to anyone and look forward to another winter in Berino Ct!

Great place and location!

There were four adults in my group that stayed for two nights. The house had everything we needed and was spacious. We loved the hot tub, and I appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The property was clean and well-maintained. We loved that we could walk out the door and be on the path around the lake. There are beautiful lake views from the master bedroom. I would recommend this property. Check in and check out process was simple.

Good value and location

The house is great for a bigger group of people. Location is close to Frisco shopping, downtown, and all of the mountains. There are a lot of stairs in the house so may not be best for children but with the fireplace and hot tub, it was perfect for an weekend getaway. Great response times by the management company as well for answering any questions. The house is missing some basic items like seran wrap, tin foil, bags, etc so pack some of your own!

Spacious, well-laid out, comfortable

We were seven women on a biking weekend. Condo was near a trailhead. The communication with management about the condo was excellent. We had no problems. Hot tub was new and worked well. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was spacious and well-stocked (no grater though!). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space for 7 adults. The hot tub was great - private and easy to use. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Skiied Copper, Abasin and Winter Park. Kitchen was well stocked. Humidifiers provided. Beds were comfortable. 5 minutes from grocery store. Everyone should try Outer Range brewery.

Frisco condo

The condo , inside, was as listed, however the community pool was not working & the condo’s hot tub was murky, had a strong odor & brown sediment around the water edge. The property company was called three times, 2 different days to get it cleaned and useable. We were unable to use the hot tub 4 1/2 days of our 5 day stay. These 2 items were very disappointing since we had 3 grandchildren with us,
