Gite des Hauts de Chaume

Old 17th century farmhouse located on the edge of the Loches forest, bordering the Indrois, 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo and in the heart of the Loire castles, 3 minutes from the village of Genillé (local shops) and 15 minutes from the citadel of Loches.
The cottage with an area of 70 m2 is an entire apartment, adjoining the owners' home. The cottage consists of an entrance with dining area and serves a living room and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds. A fully equipped individual kitchen and a bathroom with wc.

Wonderful location, very kind host

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and was very helpful; obviously she takes great care in her guest house which had everything we needed for cooking, washing our clothes, and so on. While a bit out of the way, the surroundings are calm and relaxing and it's not too far a drive to many tourist attractions. If you want to stay off the beaten path, in a quiet relaxing space, then this is a great choice.
