Beach view was perfect. You can hear the waves from the room. Views are great all around and the neighborhood is quiet. The rooftop view is amazing. It even had a Delonghi coffee maker with mini pods. Host was quick to respond to all questions. Would visit again!

The condo was clean and updated with comfortable beds. It is on the 5th of 7 floors with the 7th floor being a shared sitting/observation area. The view from the balcony was excellent for sunsets and dolphins. The “total” price does not include a 40/day plus tax resort fee. Location was peaceful and the beach was more private/less crowded. The parking spot is assigned by unit # which was great. There is an elevator and luggage carts making everything easy. Bring plastic cups or tumblers for the pool and beach as the condo has glasses and ceramic coffee cups. We had a lovely stay and found a lot of shells.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was steps away from the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The room was super clean and comfortable. We had a thoroughly enjoyable vacation.

There was a 40 resort fee listed under “Rules” instead of fees. There was no resort, other than a pool and hot tub. Also, we were told there were snacks and libations as a thank you for giving a review. Libations were 2 Busch Light cans, and the snacks (cheetos and popcorn) had expired 4 months earlier.On the plus side, there were tall chairs on the balcony which made it very nice to view the beautiful sunsets!

The resort fee is disclosed in the listing and helps support the property's amenities, including two pools, two hot tubs, and rooftop decks available for guest enjoyment. We also appreciate you bringing the expired snacks to our attention. This is not our standard, and had we been notified during your stay, we would have gladly replaced them right away. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. The view was spectacular. We loved the tall chairs on the balcony. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were large with showers, however there was minimal counter space for toiletries.We feel the listing is somewhat disingenuous, as it stated on the listing “all fees are included”. However, we were disappointed to find out there was a 40/day plus tax resort fee in addition to the rental price. That information was buried under the house rules. We did not find out about this fee until two days before our arrival. It was then too late to cancel.

The view was incredible! Being mere steps from the beach is the perfect remedy for the winter blues. We watched dolphins swim by, pelicans gulp fish and New Year's fireworks on the beach. We even watched a shore fishing adventure result in a 5-6 foot black tipped shark being landed.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Being directly on the beach with stunning, unobstructed views made every day feel like a getaway. The pool and hot tub were very nice and never overcrowded, which made it even more relaxing. We really appreciated that it wasn’t overly busy—peaceful and quiet, just what we were looking for.It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus and made the stay even better. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!Oh, and Publix, restaurants, and shops were walkable.

We spent 7 nights in Treasure Island. The condo was everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, it was a short distance to the beach. The beach ws never too crowded and neither was the pool. We were very happy with our stay. We'll definitely stay here again!
