Recientemente renovado por completo en una de las principales calles históricas de Manasquan, esta es nuestra casa familiar a tiempo completo. A una cuadra del centro de Manasquan y a menos de 1 milla de la playa de Manasquan. Los huéspedes deben tener 30 años o más para reservar (además de los niños que se quedan con sus padres). ESTA NO ES UNA CASA DE FIESTA. Alquilamos principalmente a familias y pequeños grupos de amigos responsables y considerados con nuestro hogar y vecinos. ¡5 habitaciones, 3 1/2 baños, ducha exterior, patio y amplio patio!

Property was clean and the 5 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms gave enough space to accommodate 3 generations of family members. Within walking distance of town, so those interested could walk to town for their morning coffees.Drove everyday to a beach - Seawatch and the Inlet were our favorites.

Memorial Day Beach Weeknd Stay

Mary was absolutely wonderful to deal with and was the most gracious host. Her house was terrific and she really made us feel at home in her neighborhood and told us where to experience great night life and meals. You won’t be disappointed with the area and how Mary hosts your group in her beautiful home.

Wonderful stay in Manasquan

My family stayed at this wonderful home for a long weekend while attending a family wedding. It exceeded all expectations and everyone really enjoyed the property and wanted to stay longer! Great location to fun downtown and beach. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. We would highly recommend.

Long weekend

This property worked well for our family. We were in town for a wedding; and wanted to enjoy more together time than a hotel offered. Manasquan is an adorable town.

Check -in went ok. The upstairs floor was not Air conditioned when we arrived but after calling the Host we were able to figure the Air conditioning problem with some instruction. It cooled rather quickly.

Upscale Comfort

We were 2 couples looking for a home near the beach and good golf courses in the area. This home was a nice home to have as our base. It was walking distance to stores and to the Main Street of downtown Manasquan and close driving distance to many golf courses. The home was very comfortable and contained all of the kitchen conveniences you have in your own home. The bedrooms were comfortable, the air conditioning kept us cool when the temperature outside was 90 degrees and there was a great backyard to relax and enjoy. The hosts were available for any questions we had about the house and even brought over a household item that was not available. I would recommend this home for 2 or 3 couples to occupy or a family of 4-6 individuals.

Wedding 2022

This home was perfect for our daughters 10 bridesmaids to get ready. The pictures are exactly the size of the rooms. I’d say the island in kitchen was even larger than I expected. Tons of space. Master bedroom was large with master bath that has a very large shower and double sink vanity. Home was very clean. Another perk is linens are included so no lugging towels and sheets and having to make up beds. Homeowner is wonderful and answers your questions very quickly. This house deserves 10 stars!

My family and I came to Manasquan for a family wedding and staying at this property made everything so easy for us. The house is beautiful, the town lovely and Mary was so helpful and readily available, even from afar and well in advance of our check in date. Would love to come again and really relax! Perfect in So Many Ways

The house was perfect for us. We were attending a wedding in Spring Lake and this was just 6 minutes from The Mill wedding Venue. Grandmother, 2 Aunts, 1 Uncle and 2 Cousins. The 3rd floor was good for the younger adult cousins. Master Suite had so much space. Open, kitchen, dining room and living room were perfect gathering places and made it so much nicer and more fun to spend with family rather than hotel rooms. We hit the Manasquan beach before the wedding, easy to run people & stuff over to the beach with the car. But at the same time the two aunts enjoyed walking to the beach each morning to get their steps in and more. So easy to get stuff for lunch and breakfast as needed. Everything we needed was less than 10 minutes away. We wished we had a little more time to enjoy the backyard with outdoor fireplace and Bocce court. Street is nice, quiet and easy to get in and out of. There was one thing we contacted the owners about but they were over in a jiff and took care of it, and it was never a problem. The house was so clean and well kept. Sheets, linens all soft and clean, even used a steamer to freshen up our formal wedding attire. Thanks to the owners for contributing to our wonderful experience.

Perfect vacation spot

Great week. Home was beautiful, clean with all the amenities you could need. Close to town ( nice morning walk to local coffee shop) and Mile from beach. Large kitchen for after beach gathering and great outdoor sitting area. Host was fantastic and provided a perfect check in process. Hope to return next year

Summer weekly rental

The home was exactly as advertised, beautiful inside and out. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The renters were extremely accommodating as well. Close to town and a 2 minute drive to the beach. Fantastic

Perfect for large family!

House has every that you need. Walking distance to the town and if you don’t want to eat out, cooking in this gorgeous kitchen is also an option. We all enjoyed our stay and this was a nice little getaway for us. Would definitely recommend to others!

A great stay!

My husband & I decided to plan a last minute getaway to the beach before my daughter left for college. We were lucky enough to have found this home and it was absolutely perfect. Our girls had their friends join us, it was the perfect set up. Space was never an issue! The kitchen was our favorite, we spent a lot of time creating meals together and playing games in there as it was a great set up. The kids spent time in the basement at night doing their thing while we hung out in the living room watching movies near the fireplace. The outdoor shower was a nice touch. We had a fire outside on the patio at night, it was extremely relaxing. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I would recommend renting bikes ahead of time to get to the beach. Parking was not a big issue but bikes would have been fun! We were fortunate enough to have found this house and we are looking forward to going back again next year. Mary was a pleasure to work with.

Great home

Wonderful stay! Mary was prompt to answer any question I had, the house is beautiful and spacious, near to groceries and local shops, restaurants and center of town. The backyard was great for the kids to play and our 2 little dogs ran around, plenty room throughout house. The house is situated about 1 mile from the beach, I do recommend to get to the beach early due to parking. We had a wonderful time and will definitely would book again.
