This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath, beach front condo, located in Tower 1, is the perfect beach vacation. The location of this unit is in the building closest to the Gulf providing gorgeous unobstructed views. A designer inspired renovation features a fresh color scheme, new living and dining area seating, master bedroom king size bed and furniture, and washer and dryer. The en-suite master bathroom has a stand-up shower. Note touches such as coral and bird lamps, unique hallway furnishings and artwork. Enjoy access to the private balcony from the living room and master bedroom. New counter height patio table and chairs enable guests to see over the balcony railing affording superior ocean views. There is also a balcony lounge chair for relaxing. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds, with a guest bathroom right down the hall, with a shower/tub combo. Queen size sleeper sofa with sheets (available upon request at the office). All rooms have a flat screen TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and is fully equipped for preparing a wonderful meal. Dining room sits 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar. This unit also offers the use of the owner's storage unit on the bottom level for your beach essentials. All units include a full-size washer and dryer, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. Please No Smoking or Pets on Property.
