Sentiti a casa in questa nuovissima villa resort di costruzione! Questo spazio di prim'ordine è splendidamente decorato e ha tutte le comodità moderne che potresti desiderare. All'interno troverete un accogliente spazio abitativo principale che consiste in una cucina con elettrodomestici di grandi dimensioni, una zona pranzo che può ospitare quattro persone e un comodo divano letto. Rannicchiarsi dopo una lunga giornata di amoreggiare in spiaggia e guardare il tuo spettacolo preferito sulla grande TV a schermo piatto. O magari prenditi un meritato pisolino nella camera matrimoniale sul tuo super letto king size! La camera da letto principale ha un bagno en-suite con una bella vanità doppia color prugna. La seconda camera da letto dispone di un letto a castello singolo sopra il doppio con un rotelle estraibile. C'è un secondo bagno in comune con vasca / doccia. Questa incredibile villa si trova a bordo piscina !. Apri i cursori del soggiorno e goditi la grande piscina del resort che è completa con un solarium in acqua! Oppure, forse meandro lungo i sentieri del cortile comune. Incontra alcuni nuovi amici e prendi il breve isolato a piedi giù per la spiaggia e cattura uno dei nostri tramonti epici di Anna Maria Island!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The walkability was wonderful. Beautiful beach, convenient shopping, nice dining options made for a five star stay.

Great location, nice clean place!

Wonderful location, short walk to the beach. The shared patio/pool area was very nice. Just wish there was a pantry or shelves for food in the kitchen, otherwise ideal setup for our family of 4!

Great getaway villa!

We had a great time staying at the villa!! It was the cutest!! Location was great and had the perfect amount of space for me and my family!! My kids loved the pool!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Great long weekend

We stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. We walked to the beach with ease and walked to the trolley stop not too far away to save us from having to drive. We will be back here for sure.

Adorable Villa great location!

The house (sail fish) was just as beautiful as the pictures. The location is perfect. We rented a golf cart from Beach Bums for the week and never used our car. Publix, cute diners and shops literally around the corner. Walking distance. The pool and back yard are beautiful. We spent our afternoons swimming in the pool and reading a book. We loved loved loved the house!!

Fantastic location and place!

Our casita was adorable; clean; and the amenities on property are fantastic! This is a small property with 8 places that share a wonderful green space (faux grass - the best); a pool; BBQ grills; and nice outdoor furniture. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed for everyone to have fun. The beach is gorgeous and the location is spot on because it is slightly out of the way so not over crowded like other parts of AMI beach. We are from Florida and have our own rental properties and honestly, this was a great setup - we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay with our kids!

Great Experience

We had a great experience with this property. The only complaint would be if you’re in the master bathroom you can see out the front door window. Kinda weird. But other than that we loved the property especially the heated pool!

Fall vacation

The unit we stayed at was perfect for our little family of 3. The walk to the beach was only about 2-3 mins. The only thing that would have been better was if the unit had extra chairs or even offered an umbrella. The pool would have been better if it was cleaned daily rather than just 2 days a week. We did someone come by but they only tested the water, they did not clean it. My spouse cleaned it everyday when we used it. There was plenty of room outside and enough lounge chairs. Overall we would definitely stay here again. The unit was close to a grocery store. We enjoyed driving around the island and will be back next year.

Adorable Cottage

The management company was outstanding and so accommodating. We stayed in cottage 1 and it was amazing! Beautiful decor and lots of space and very clean. The pool was great and we loved being so close to the beach. Can’t wait to go back!

Not enough comfortable furniture

Why would a vacation rental have a master bedroom bigger than the living/dining area? This was most definitely not big enough for 6 people. Yes it could sleep 6 but there was not room for 6 in the kitchen/living/dining area. We would not use this again.

Definitely will be returning!

The property lived up to the photos and description. Everything was clean, well maintained and modern. Plenty of room for a family of 5. High ceilings and bright interior. Even though there were a couple of other units sharing the pool, it really felt like our own private oasis. The pool is well hidden from the roads and very relaxing. We took advantage of the bar be que and outdoor dining table. There was easy access to the beach, which was just steps away and not crowded where we were. Plus we didn't have to worry about parking. There is a public access beach a few hundred yards up the beach with store, restaurant and outdoor bar. An easy walk to there as well. Plenty of other restaurants within walking distance and other amenities like groceries, coffee and beach stores. Plenty of other small, local stores and restaurants to explore at the north and south ends of the island. Five stars, five thumbs up. We'll definitely be returning to this location!

Great stay!

This property was great overall and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, it was a very close walk to the beach, the pool area was nice and relaxing and the management company was prompt about bringing batteries for the remotes. The only downsides were the lack of space for non -refrigerated food in the kitchen (a shelf or something would help) and the mattress in the 2nd bedroom on the bottom bunk sunk in a lot/wasn't firm. Overall we had a great stay and would return. thanks!

Great vacation rental!

Very good property. Clean with washer dryer inside, pots and pans, grill out by the pool. 2 mins from the beach. Nice beds and bathrooms. Loved it!

Loved it!

This is a beautiful little home in an incredible location. The home was very tastefully decorated and the pool area was just lovely. The kitchen isn't overly functional being so small but honestly if it was just my husband and I and not with our 3 kiddos, we probably wouldn't have noticed as much. Would love to come back!
