Spring Break Stay 2025

We loved our stay at Tidewater Beach Resort! It was right on the beach with easy access, pool was right outside, gym was accessible, and the condo was perfectly sized. There was a lot for the children to do, and for the adults. The ONLY downside to staying here was that we were on the 25th floor and the elevators were very slow. We waited probably 30 mins for the elevators each time, but other than that we had an amazing time!! We will definitely be back next year!

Great place to stay. Views were great, beach clean and water beautiful. We had a great time and would stay there again. Condo unit was great size and set up perfect.

Great stay

The condo was clean, very nice, with plenty of room for me, my 16yr old son and 4 friends, and a friend of mine as well. We had no issues at all and loved the view from the 25th floor.

Wonderful stay

Great place to stay

Overall this was a fantastic place to stay. The condo is gigantic and the view was amazing. We really like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped minus a decent skillet (our family likes to make breakfast each day). Only minor complaints are the furniture is a bit outdated and all of the beds are hard and difficult to get comfortable in but they supplied plenty of blankets which we made mattress toppers out of. The amenities of the resort are great and you could stay without ever having to leave the property thanks to the market and restaurant. All in all, i would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.

First and last time at Tidewater Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was on 25th floor when we arrived all but one elevator was broken 2 plus hours to load our stuff. They were overcrowded and almost impossible to go up or down all week

Family vacation

The master bed was not very comfortable. The pots and pans were not very good. The utensils for cooking were very cheap and did not work well. No pot holder. The elevators take forever with the number of people in the building.

The only complaint was that the master bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise 5 stars by far!!!

It was okay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The master bed felt like sleeping on a concrete slab. Each bed came with one pillow per guest (so a Queen bed came with two pillows total). The ice maker did not work so we had to purchase ice for our entire stay. The elevators were ATROCIOUS and caused a lot of the disdain for this stay. We would wait up to 45 minutes to get from ground floor to 25th floor and could hear guests constantly complaining (rightfully so). The only true upsides to this condo were the view from master bedroom and the location of the condo itself. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well, and the staff was friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed at this rental that I found to be quite nice. The unit was spacious and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The overall experience was positive, and I appreciated the cleanliness and roominess of the rental. We chose this condo because of the number of beds and bathrooms and it worked perfectly for us. Parking was so easy and the beach space was plentiful despite being such as large building. I would easily stay here again!

Breathtaking Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome stay at the Tidewater Beach Resort. Beautiful accommodations with balcony views for miles of the Gulf. We watched the sunset every night from our perch on Floor 25! Great communication with Four Star which included an easy check-in/check-out. Wrist bands to access the many amenities (beach, pools, hot tubs, movie theatre, exercise room) made everything so efficient. The elevators were prompt in February. We can't say enough about our wonderful stay.

2022 Spring Break

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors and counters through out condo were dirty. Mosts of the dishes that we used we had to wash because there was dried food stuck to them. There was dried toothpaste in one of the bathrooms sinks.The location of the condo was great. The staff that we dealt with were great. the only thing that we really had an issue with was the cleanliness.

Location is great. The elevators are horrible. There were roaches, we read the reviews before so we took sticky pads to place around our luggage and appliances that give off heat. The ceiling fan in the middle room did not work and the light was blown in the back bedroom. The front bedroom mattress slept horrible. The furniture is old and worn out. The condo is very spacious with lots of room. There aren’t drawers for your clothes in the middle and back room so take plenty of hangers.

Never again

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first it seemed great. Then by day 2 the air stopped working and when I called they tried to give me instructions on how to fix it...I’m not the maintenance person. The ceiling fans in two rooms didn’t work, light bulbs were blown in one of the bedrooms, we killed at least 15 roaches and the elevators are at least a 10 minute wait. The master bedroom bed was horrible, it leans on the left hand side and I guess it was because the box springs appeared to be caving in. The furniture is out dated and worn out also. For what I paid, none of this should have been an issue.

Beautiful but needs work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On my late arrival after driving 8 hours, I was treated so badly by the young Spanish security guard and I was refused a luggage cart, after waking up my staff to come help get my luggage do to I had a neck brace from surgery and could not carry my bags to room. When I finally got to room, it was simply beautiful until the roaches started running across the wall and saw all the dead roaches everywhere and if you are hot nature this is not the location! The fan does not go pass slow and the air conditioning took 2 days to feel like it was at 70 degrees- you cant lower temp pass 70-. No towel or sheet service so bring extra or laundry detergent. I hope the place gets the full pest control and a professional cleaning.
