The Space:

Welcome to your Emerald Coast paradise at Sterling Breeze! This wonderfully decorated condo is the perfect jumping off point for you to explore Panama City Beach and the Florida panhandle! With over 1,900 square feet, this is the ideal condo for you and your friends/family to spread out and relax. Enjoy private access to the balcony which overlooks the stunning waters of the Gulf of Mexico.



Sterling Breeze is complete with a sizable infinity pool (heated seasonally) as well as an outdoor hot tub, a snack bar/grill and a gym. The complex is within a mile of Pier Park and a wide variety of some of the area's best restaurants and bars. And, of course, you are just steps away from the beach!

We booked 1607 for 10ppl which came with 1607A; a one bedroom attached apartment with it's own balcony. Having that separate space was great for my parents so they could have a break from the grandkids. The entire condo was clean and well maintained, with the exception of the grill on the patio. Sterling breeze is always a great location with close proximity to Pier Park, Thomas Bakery and nearby restaurants. Wouldn't mind booking again.

The apartment was great, but there were issues like a toilet not functioning, which was informed to the Avari Management on the first day. It seems that the communication between the Central and local Teams was not good and the ball was dropped somewhere. They corrected the issue a week after we checked in.
