Schitterend appartement en de beste locatie: wat anders?

Halverwege tussen de Spaanse Trappen en Saint Peter en perfect voor uw toeristische uitstapjes, bevindt het appartement zich ook in het hart van het echte Rome, waar restaurants, winkels, voorzieningen zijn opgezet voor Romeinen en niet alleen aan toeristen zijn gewijd.
Geen auto nodig: op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden. Alle soorten transport om de hoek, maar niet nodig bij bijna alle activiteiten.

Mijn appartement in Rome (ja, het wordt rechtstreeks verhuurd door de eigenaar) heeft twee grote en comfortabele slaapkamers, plus twee slaapbanken in de woonkamer, waar gemakkelijk 7 volwassenen of 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen kunnen worden gehost. Heeft twee complete en goed ontworpen badkamers en een goede keuken met alle apparatuur - nieuw en bijgewerkt - je zou zelfs voor een groot feest moeten koken. Een balkon om te ontspannen, airconditioning, centrale verwarming, een veiligheidsdeur, een lift, een poortwachter en zelfs een kast voor uw auto - indien nodig -: niet gemakkelijk te vinden.
Het is vol met daglicht en zeer goed ingericht met enkele kunstwerken. Het heeft kwaliteit houten meubels en huishoudlinnen, maar is up-to-date voor televisie, telefoon en wifi.
U kiest ervoor om terug naar huis te komen om te genieten en te ontspannen. Je zult leven zoals de Romeinen, in een gebied dat zeer levendig en ook heel veilig is.

We had a fantastico week here! Excellent neighbourhood - safe, quiet, lots of restaurants and a small grocery nearby, easy walking distance over the river to the busy city centre. All the amenities you need for a longer stay. Would recommend!

Perfect place for us!

We are a couple with a granddaughter and good friend on a family trip to Italy, the place we stayed was perfect! Very spacious, close to the places we visited and clean. The check I’m process was easy and our hostess was very responsive to all our (many) inquiries. We look forward to coming back!

great property- within walking distance of Vatican and other major tourist spots. Owner was great communicating through the process - helped set up transportation to and from the airport, gave recommendations for restaurants etc. Apartment is exaclty as described but I thought it was far more spacious than I had thought from the listing (plenty of room for our family of 5). Excellent stay - I highly recommend

Great location in a roomy apartment. Roshan, the manager, was very friendly. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with necessities so we were able to begin our adventure right away. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We were very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful location yet away from crowds!

This beautiful welcoming apartment located in the walking distance from all famous sightseeings yet you have a privacy of a quiet street. Spacious and very clean. The owner was very helpful and provided all useful information. Our family enjoyed the stay tremendously! Thank you!

Apartment and location were wonderful! Walked just about everywhere. Loved the 75 year old elevator that saved these old knees. Give Pops Cafe around the corner a try for American breakfast. Will be back!

Wonderful location!

We had such a good experience in Rome. The location can’t be beat! The apartment was clean, but could use a few updates on decor. The owner is so responsive to any questions & gave us so many recommendations & suggestions. She made our trip very comfortable.

Nice spacious apartment, convenient location

We stayed there for 5 nights. This is a very spacious 2-br apartment, with artistic touch throughout the apartment. Great location, with plenty of stores and restaurants just downstairs and walkable to Vatican etc. The beddings are not the most comfortable, but we are OK with that.

Perfect Location

We stayed here to celebrate our 50th birthdays and the location of the apartment is superb, close distance to the Vatican and you can walk from the apartment and take in all the big sights on Piazza Novana, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps easily. Overall we found the apartment to be clean, tidy and spacious and the owner was happy to help with good suggestions for restaurants. Beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep after a busy day seeing the sights.

A Welcoming Home

We were able to secure this poetry for a short stay before departing Italy. It turned out to be a gem and we look forward to a longer stay in the future. The apartment was large, secure and very well furnished in a great neighborhood. Minutes from the Metro and short walks to some of the best areas in Rome for dinning and entertainment.

Manager was wonderful

Roshan was there to greet us and assisted us everyday of our stay. Whether accepting deliveries, pointing us in the right direction, or just general information. He even went to the pharmacy for us when allergies flared. Would highly recommend a stay. Almost everything was in walking distance.

I do have quite a large experience in hosting friends and guests in Rome (another property is listed on this site since 2005, with a full score) My apartment in Rome is directly rented by myself and this keep price well belove the corresponding average of the market.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

This apartment is a well loved piece from my family and it is not rented by an agent, but directly by the owner.It has been completely renovated and refurbished, but still retains good pieces of art and fine furniture matching the best of past and present.
It will easily home family daily life, with all the confort you need. All appliances are brand new and in perfect efficiency, wi-fi is high speed and unlimited, windows are double glazing all around (3 expositions!), a doorman is on service and a security door is installed.

And my apartment in Rome is in the best shopping central area: form food to shoes.
Walking distance for any touristic target, but also for business : the location is really perfect
It is a real place, where you can happily live for a long long period or enjoy with no worries your holiday.
