"Girl's" weekend 2026 is a wrap!!This is our second year at this home for our annual girls weekend and we could not be happier with the accommodations! As stated in our review last year, this is a 25 year tradition and for all but 2 of those years we stayed at a bed and breakfast that closed. The decision to continue this tradition came down to finding the right place and THIS IS IT!! Besides the wonderful location and countless amenities, Rick and Doreen are the most gracious of hosts. Their communication is top-notch and we were even greeted with some welcome back treats!! It's nice to know that you are going to find everything exactly as advertised and we have already put our dates in for next year.Book it! You won't be sorry

Peaceful Searenity

This house is just the right size with an open floor plan that looks right out to the lake. A short walk to the beach is an added bonus. Plenty of kitchen essentials for us to make a Thanksgiving meal and enjoy family. Absolutely beautiful home in the perfect location.

The house was well equipped with anything we needed. The place was clean and ready for our visit. They left a nice welcome gift of treats on the table as we checked in. The location is perfection! The front porch overlooks the lake. You are a quick walk, bike ride, or car ride from everything. We had a very relaxing weekend away.

We loved this property at Lake Como for our extended family stay! It was spacious and well laid out and included everything our family needed (kitchen supplies, beach wagon, laundry, coffee maker, etc.). The walk to the beach and boardwalk was easily managed by our young grandchildren and we enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the birds on the lake. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We hope to make this an annual trip and hope to stay here again :).

Peaceful comfortable and convenient

We rented the property as a place to stay while we visited family and friends. It was convenient for that purpose. It also gave us access to the beach, boradwalk, restaurants and shops within walking distance and a lake out the front door. The hosts were great with communication and the property had everything we needed to feel at home.

Wondeful beach home!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. This home is very clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything you may need in the kitchen. We loved that we could use the wagon for an easy walk to the beach. The best part about this home is how helpful and responsive the owners are with any questions you have. We can’t wait to return!

The house was very spacious and well stocked with anything you might need. The view of the lake is an added bonus to this beautiful home. The owners were very helpful and available at any time for our questions or concerns. This is definitely one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Beach House!

This house was absolutely perfect for me, my husband, and two college aged daughters- spacious and very clean! The view of the lake from the porch and through the living room window was incredible! We walked around the lake every morning. The walk to the beach took only 10 minutes. The owners were wonderful and responded immediately with any questions we had. We loved it and would love to come back next summer! Liz K.

Wonderful location and home

The home was lovely and perfect for our family of 4 and two guests. The location was a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and directly across from a lovely and peaceful lake. I like to kayak & paddleboard and did so every morning. My husband likes to walk/bike & the path around the lake was perfect for that . Of course we were close to the beach which my girls loved. Our hosts were so nice, accommodating and super responsive.I'd recommend this home and hope to go again myself in the future.

Great House, Amazing Location !!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The location on the lake and blocks away from the beach was perfect. It was so peaceful, we did not feel like we were at the jersey shore during prime time. The lay out of the house was great for my aging parents. Two nice bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs, next to the kitchen. Two other bedrooms upstairs with a beautiful bathroom as well. We will definitely be back next year, and for many years to come. Such a jewel of property!!! The owners were so nice and very attentive and responsive to all of our needs. Thank you for a wonderful week away with family.

Great lake views & beach vacay

Great stay, this is a simple, clean and spacious 4-bdrm, beach house that has everything you need for a fam & friends beach vacation. We loved the porch for morning coffee and evening drinks, and the activity/walk around the lake makes it a great spot. It's several blocks back from the beach and a drive to most restaurants but worth the spot, price and view. If you come from out of state, you may need to make arrangements for all supplies - sheets, towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. you pay for the basics! The AC works great for hot summer days and the bathrooms are remodeled, new and clean, v. nice touch. We will return.

A wonderful stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "SeaRenity." The house is a 10 minute walk to the beach! (and they provided a beach cart to handle the crazy amount of stuff we carried). The 4 bedrooms are large and comfortable (which came in handy for my son and daughter in law who traveled with their infant daughter) and the kitchen was well appointed (we mostly cooked our meals in the house). One wonderful "extra" is that the house has a picture window that overlooks beautiful lake Como! We could not get enough of that view. btw, walking the paved trail around the lake was another special pleasure. Another nice perk was that the pickleball courts were only a 5 minute walk! This was our first time renting a house at the NJ Shore and we were very much happy with our stay!

Perfect location for enjoying lake and ocean

Hosts were very responsive and provided excellent information. House was very comfortable for 4 adults. Loved sitting on the front porch watching ducks and swans with little cygnets. Also enjoyed breakfast outside in back. Great kitchen to cook in - plenty of dishes, pots and pans, serving dishes, etc. Coffee pot uses pods or also has regular coffee pot. Beds were fine. Plenty of drawer and closet space. Two full baths with nice showers. Half bath as well on main floor. Games and puzzles available. Got pedicures at nearby Glare about which we can’t say enough positive things. Loved Taffy the owner - a great experience all around. Hope to return!
