Chalet in ROCHEBRUNE, 300 m cable car with free shuttle to the ski lifts facing the cottage if you prefer not to walk. Back to the chalet possible to ski!

Our chalet 'Le Même' of 300 m2 is on 3 levels, luxuriously redone in the spirit of 'Montagne Contemporain'. It is composed as follows:
* On the ground floor: Shoes room with heated lockers, entrance hall, living room SAM of 45 m2, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, a kitchen, a large terrace overlooking Megève, Aravis Aiguille de Warrens
* On the first floor: a hall, 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, a balcony.
* On the upper floor: floor "young" on the ground floor renovated in 2016 with 2 bedrooms (2 and 4 sleeping + sofa bed), bathroom, toilet, laundry, kitchen, living room (cinema game room football table football .)

Each of the 4 'adult' bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 ° has a bathroom or shower room and its own toilet beds can be made in double bed 180 or 2 twin beds of 90. The 2 rooms of the RDJ of have a common sdb and 1 WC independent. At the same level, a cinema show allows young people to meet each other. In summer and winter, a STORVATT outdoor hot tub will allow you to close the end of the day with a champagne flute in your hand.

Ski Trip en Megeve

The chalet is perfect!!! Comfortable, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. We travelled in 14 people and the chalet accomodate all very well. Just 5 minutes walking to Rochebrune lift and 15 minutes to the Center. Highly recommended!!!! The hot tub is perfect for relaxing after skiing.

Idyllic Megeve

This splendid spacious comfortable chalet is an easy 15 minute walk from picturesque Maje Village. Sitting by the fire in the cold winter enjoying the Alpine views is fantastic. The concierge is extremely helpful and wonderfully genial. We highly recommend taking full advantage of her good nature and services.

Fabulous chalet

Amazing chalet just a short walk (10mins) from the centre of Megeve. Great facilities in the chalet and very well equipped. Modern decoration throughout. We didn’t use the hot tub or garden. Host Remi and manager Jessica were very accommodating.

Amazing property in Megeve!

We had a great time in Megeve! Remy was super resposive before and during our stay. The chalet is exaclty as described at the listing: really well equiped and decorated with great taste. We were in 14 people and were installed comfortably at the property. The challet is located really close the the slopes: a short walk or one shuttle stop away. We will definitively return.

This place is okay but has some issues. Mostly due to the description not living up to the reality. First, "2 minutes from the ski lifts" is by car. Must be 10-15 minutes on foot in ski boots. Second, the beautiful hot tub is not working. The owner has decided to save himself the trouble of explaining how to use it and so drained it and removed the pump. Quite a disappointment. The kitchen is well stocked. The four upstairs bedrooms are good.

Hello John. I'm very glad you had a pleasant stay. It is indeed difficult to walk to the cable car in ski boots, but with regular shoes it takes less than five minutes, which is the case for those who rent their equipment at the foot of the slopes. For those with their own equipment, the shuttle bus stops in front of the chalet and drops you off at the foot of the slopes in less than five minutes as well. We did have a problem with the hot tub at the beginning of the season, and it was clearly stated in the advertisement that it would not be working this winter. As soon as the frost period is over, we will be able to get it up and running again for next winter. As compensation for this inconvenience, we offered you complimentary passes to the spa at the Palais des Sports. We would nevertheless be delighted to welcome you again in the future.

Excellent ski chalet

We were a group of six adults for a stay of four nights and the chalet was lovely and an ideal base for skiing in Megeve. After four nights the group changed and the clean at that point was well organised and quick. Communications with the chalet manager and the host was very good and effective as they sorted out any problems in quick order. The chalet is well fitted out and very comfortable with an excellent living room, good sized bedrooms throughout and even an outdoor jacuzzi. The nearest lifts at Rochbrune are only a six minute walk away and whilst the centre of the village is about 15 minutes walk, this is easy. We had a good trip and I am sure we will return.

Nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire lui-même.C'est un chalet très joli, confortable et très spacieux et vous pourrez profiter du feux ouvert.La seule chose qui n'était pas claire pour nous, c'est qu'il n'y a plus de jacuzzi. C'est le seul point négatif, mais sinon, nous avons passé des vacances parfaites.

Magnifique chalet, idéalement situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre de Megève.Belle vue et grande cheminée.Attention : - les petits déjeuners ne sont pas inclus (contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce- le chalet dispose de 7 chambres uniquement. L’une des chambres comprend un espace mezzanine accessible par un escalier très étroit.- Stationnement : seulement 2 places de parking - Accès aux remontées mécaniques: le téléphérique de Rochebrune se situe à 600 mètres. Il n’y a pas de parking sur place et la navette fonctionne uniquement pendant les semaines de vacances scolaires.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce chalet loué pour la période de Noël. L’hébergement est parfaitement adapté aux grands groupes : spacieux, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Les espaces communs permettent de partager de vrais moments conviviaux.Un point fort particulièrement apprécié par tous : la partie dédiée aux enfants et aux adolescents. Cet espace a été un véritable plus pour notre séjour. Les plus jeunes ont pu s’y retrouver, jouer, se détendre et profiter d’une zone rien qu’à eux, ce qui a contribué à l’harmonie et à la tranquillité de l’ensemble du groupe.Le chalet était propre à notre arrivée, bien chauffé, et la communication avec les propriétaires s’est avérée fluide et agréable (Jessica, la gestionnaire sur place, est vraiment au top). Rien n’a manqué durant le séjour.En résumé, un lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, notamment lorsqu’on voyage avec des enfants et ados. Nous recommandons vivement !

Magnifique chalet, très bien équipé, nous étions confortablement installés à 16. Des espaces de vie qui permettent de se retrouver en famille, un étage pour les enfants et en prime le bain nordique pour une sensation unique face aux montagnes ta. Je recommande totalement.

un bijou !

Nos locations par Abritel ont toujjours ete des reussites. El chalet nos ha encantado. Es precioso, decorado con todo detalle. Estilo alpino. Todos los espacios son acogedores y espaciosos. Tiene todas las comodidades. Andando al remonte más cercano, Rochebrune, son unos 5 min y al pueblo aprox 15min. Es super agradable. La bañera exterior es un extra que se agradece después de esquiar. Proceso de llegada y salida muy cómodo. Sitio exterior para 2 coches. Hemos estado super a gusto. Volveremos sin duda

Fantastic chalet to welcome our family for a month long stay!

This elegant chalet was a perfect home away from home for our family. Ideally located only 15 minutes from the village by foot along on one of the classic Megève roads, it was a great base for enjoying all that Megève has to offer. The chalet is spacious, tastefully decorated (warmth with just the right level of luxury) and with the right mix of private and communal space. Also great for entertaining friends and family, with a fully equipped kitchen and all that is needed for a larger group. All this was managed to the highest standard by the owners and their highly efficient, welcoming property manager.

Chaleureux et très confortable pour une grande famille

On ne peut mieux situé et très confortable!!

Le chalet est très spacieux, très bien agencé et équipé, parfaitement entretenu et d’une propreté irréprochable. Vous êtes à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Megève. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Le propriétaire et l’équipe sur place sont à vos petits soins. C’est certain que nous y retournerons !!
