Terrace on a small garden and facing the tree-lined promenade (palm trees and laurels) by the beach. 3 large bedrooms including 1 master bedroom on the terrace. Internet and cable TV. 1 bathroom, fitted kitchen and BBQ. access to washing machine in the basement, 4 bikes available, including 2 adults. 1 parking space in the garden, street side.

In 1 woord Fantastisch!!

Super!! Mooi oud huis op een (voor ons) echt perfecte locatie. Elke morgen wakker worden met de zon in je slaapkamer en het geluid van de zee. Heerlijk buiten leven op het balkon met schitterend uitzicht. Je loopt zo het strand op, naar de haven of gezellig over de boulevard.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht! Morgens sieht man den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus! FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der Sonnen-Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer! Die Wohnung hat einen französischen Charme, der uns sehr gefallen hat! Wir hatten unsere RĂ€der dabei, es ist aber alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet drei Schlafzimmer in sehr zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage. Wir haben die Tage mit direktem Strandzugang sehr genossen. Auch der vorhandene Parkplatz war sehr angenehm, so dass gute Touren in die Umgebung und die reizvolleren Orte möglich waren Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung mit unkomplizierter Organisation

Schlicht und geschmackvoll möblierte Wohnung in der Belle Étage, schöne Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen. Morgensonne auf der Terrasse, blickgeschĂŒtzt hinter OleanderbĂŒschen und mit Meerblick. Mooi huis op schitterende locatie

Mooi klassiek en compleet ingericht huis, welke in een boven en begane grond gedeelte te huur is. Tijdens ons verblijf geen boven buren. Prachtige ligging aan de wandel boulevard in een wat rustiger gedeelte tussen de haven en het levendige gedeelte van Argeles. Mooi strand voor de deur, kortom prachtig.

TrÚs agréable séjour, maison bien située, au calme. Adresse à recommander. Seul bémol, les vélos étaient dégonflés et les pompes ne fonctionnait pas. Il manque 2 ou 3 couvertures pour la période de demi saison.

Character property close to the beach

We loved the location and the charm of this property - the blue shutters and tiled floors made us really feel that we were in France! Being so close to the beach was wonderful and we made use of the bikes to get around. The only problem we had was that we didn't realise that linen (sheets, towels, duvet covers etc) was not included and we arrived with nothing. Fortunately the person managing the property was able to find us some to hire so it all got sorted in the end but we would have found it helpful to have known in advance. Generally though a thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you.
