SECURITY DEPOSIT

A €250 security deposit will be requested for the rental. This will be managed through Swikly, a secure online service, via a payment link. It is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited, and it does not affect your card’s spending limits. You will only be charged a service fee of €3.27.
Within 7 days after your departure, and provided the general rental conditions have been respected and the property is returned in perfect condition, the operation is automatically cancelled.

GUEST INTERCATION

Solène, a local from the region, will welcome you, hand over the keys, and remain available throughout your stay to provide recommendations or help with special requests (bike or boat rentals, activities, restaurants, local tips…).
Bed linen and towels are included.
