WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING
THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY.

NO PETS ALLOWED. EXTRA CHARGE OF $225 FOR DOGS OR ANY ANIMAL TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.

CHECK-IN IS AT 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO CLEANING REGULATIONS FOR ROOMS. WHEN THE ROOM IS READY I WILL TEXT YOU. USUALLY, IT IS EARLIER THAN 3PM

Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner's rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for two persons. Non-smoking persons only, no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

Relaxing and beautiful place

It was a beautiful location and very nice place to stay. It’s located on a beautiful beach and enjoyed morning and night time sunshine against the beautiful blue water. My wife and I would stay here again if we come back to Puerto Rico.

The host was amazing, the communication was great and she kept us informed the entire time. The property however is in an older building that is starting to become run down. The room is showing signs of wear as well. There was black mold on the ceiling and there is no hot water. The views are amazing and having your own parking spot is a huge plus. The downside is the building that this great view is in.

Worth every penny!

The property showed some age but, everything was clean and well laid out. The beach access was very convenient, and the beach was well kept. The highlight of our stat was the amazing views, and the walkable neighborhood with several excellent dining choices. There is also a casino located next door. If you do not want to go far to enjoy your stay, you do not need to worry.

Best place

The studio was beautiful, super clean and with all the amenities needed. The location was very impressive with a view of the ocean from the room that is exactly as the picture on the site One thing the descriptions failed to mention is that the room is in the PENTHOUSE with a full view of the ocean. and your own parking space. We will recommends this location to our own family.

The property was clean, safe and as advertised. Access to the beach was just a few steps outside.The balcony was awesome. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as a supermarket. Would definitely come back.

Our PR pre cruise vacation

We stayed in this unit for 3 nights prior to our cruise. Loved the location on a beautiful beach. Fun to be on the top floor or “Pent House” floor. The view was spectacular. Nice to have a full kitchen and everything we needed . Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Thought the price was a great value. Would recommend and hope to stay there again.

What a view!

Loved our stay. Beautiful view. Comfortable condo and bed. Loved the communications from the hostess, Isabel. My every question was answered promptly. We really appreciated her. Great location. Easy beach access. Close to several restaurants. Grocery store is a few blocks away and so is CVS.

The apartment was fantastic, considering the damage to the building from hurricane Maria. The people were working hard to repair and replace all the damage, i would stay there again in the future. Beautiful view of the Puerto Rican coast 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😎

Isabel (The Hostess) is a great communicater and responds quickly. Excellent location for dining and beach access and the view from the terrace is wonderful and very relaxing in the evening while listening to the crashing of the waves. Checking in was nice and easy with an underground parking near the elevators to the penthouse and security by the front desk. I'll BE Back!

3 Nights at an Incredible Beach

Stayed from July 5 to July 8/2019. Communication w Owner/Manager was excellent and she answered all our questions. Very clean, excellent kitchenette, excellent A/C, great comfortable king bed. Right on Isla Verde Beach and, being a penthouse studio (17th floor) the view of the beach and the lagoon was absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD. We will be back, ....soon !!

The view and location were worth every penny.

Renting was easy. Owner was responsive and helpful. The resort was nice enough, with private access to the public beach and a good pool area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. But, the best part is the view. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony, enjoying the people watching and listening to the waves crash below. We'll look here first when we come back to Puerto Rico.

Relaxing

Isabel is a gem. This is my 2nd time staying at her place. Its worth the view and location alone. Space is comfortable and clean and I would stay here again. Some things to note which are out of Isabel's control, pool and other amenities are closed with no ETA but the beach, great food and drink are footsteps away. You can also buy a pool pass from nearby hotels if you need a pool day.

The view is great and the location is convenient. The host had a defensive air in her communication when I ran into difficulties. The repetitive texts and emails from the host were a bit intrusive. Found the bed, floor and refrigerator with sand.

Affordable with a Million Dollar View

The pictures are accurate and that view is unreal. The unit was clean although dated. The bed was comfortable. The beach is a great, clean, safe local urban beach. Great walking, nice water but not for snorkeling, somewhat rough and windy. Loved it! Super close to restaurants and even a nice full service grocery store a ten minute walk. Did not rent a car and was fine. Took a taxi from the airport, 10 minutes, 20 dollars. Ubered to Old San Juan, 30 minutes, 12 dollars. Really enjoyed it, will return. Communication and check-in and check out was very organized and easy. The pool area is very nice, just too busy for my taste. They will try to have you take a time share tour, but not pushy after a simple no thank you. Support the people of Puerto Rico by spending your vacation dollars there! People were great, almost all spoke fluent English.

I am a retired school teacher living in South Riding Virginia this property in PR is my second home and my favorite unit when I come to PR. The view is simply spectacular. The angle of the view is such that when you walk into this particular unit it seems that you are walking into the Atlantic Ocean water.

The balcony on this property, unlike other properties in the building, is free of the noisy air conditioning compressor. This allows you to use the full space of the balcony for your comfort and free of noise.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Aside from a compressor free balcony, the view of this unit is to the West side of the building. This is the best view of the building and is in fact the iconic view of Isla Verde.
