Ce condo de 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain, au 3Ăšme Ă©tage sur la belle plage de Navarre a une vue magnifique sur le golfe et le dĂ©troit de Santa Rosa! 10 couchages avec roi dans la chambre principale, reine dans la 2Ăšme chambre, reine dans la 3Ăšme chambre et un lit superposĂ© avec lit gigogne double et un lit simple dans la 4Ăšme chambre. AccĂšs au balcon et vue depuis chaque chambre! L'unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© fraĂźchement peinte et mise Ă  jour avec un nouveau lit king, d'autres nouveaux meubles et dĂ©coration, ainsi qu'un nouvel ensemble de salle Ă  manger pour balcon. Ce condo offre un plan d'Ă©tage gĂ©nĂ©reux et ouvert, donc il y a beaucoup d'espace pour s'Ă©taler mais toujours ĂȘtre ensemble. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et tĂ©lĂ©vision personnalisĂ©es, mais il y a suffisamment d'espace dans le salon pour profiter d'un film ou d'un jeu ensemble aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e Ă  la plage. Vous pouvez mĂȘme vous connecter Ă  la barre de son du salon pour Ă©couter votre musique.

La cuisine est mise à jour avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, une machine à glaçons autonome et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire un repas fantastique. L'unité offre un espace de stationnement couvert dans le garage de stationnement et un deuxiÚme espace non couvert pour un grand stationnement. Si un espace supplémentaire est nécessaire, le bùtiment permet un parking à débordement dans le bùtiment voisin. Plongez dans la piscine ou le bain à remous du golfe ou jouez une partie de tennis compétitive avec des amis et des membres de la famille sur les courts de tennis sur place. Promenez-vous jusqu'à la plage et enfoncez vos orteils dans le sable et plongez dans les eaux vert émeraude du golfe. Great Location

I loved the proximity to the beach here. Also, we loved that there were lockers to place the beach gear in. The pool was very nice with great views. You could walk to the pier which was a little over 1/2 mile. Some patio furniture was a little worn, but overall we loved this place!

Parking was easy and awesome. The unit itself was wonderful, spacious, clean, plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking meals. Linen supply were in great quantities especially with the in unit laundry. We had amazing sunrises and sunsets whether we were on the balconies or on the beach. Location was ideal for traveling to different entertainment areas or for exploring with the ease of shopping, getting to and from Pensacola Airport.Our one issue were the beds, they were extremely hard, very uncomfortable, must've of been pretty new!!!!

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The unit does need some updating. Two chairs on patio need attention. The sofas and chair feel like you are sitting on the ground.The TVs are not user friendly to operate! The kitchen was well stocked!Again, the unit worked well for our family!

Beach Vacation 2023

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 10, Our adult children and their spouses, a 10yo grandchild and a mother-in-law spent 6mights/5days over Christmas in the condo. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed to cook a huge Christmas dinner. Everyone having their own bathrooms was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, especially the king size bed. Our Christmas beach vacation was the best!

The pool was small and cold and we wished for tables with umbrellas at the pool so we could have lunch there but there weren’t any. The bunk bed in the kids room was very wobbly and dangerous looking so we took the mattress off and put it in the floor. The balconies were amazing! Overall, it was a great condo with plenty of room.
