Furnished studio 24 m² located in Serre Chevalier 1400, Villeneuve la Salle in the building le plaine alpe 2 on the 2nd floor at the foot of the slopes (beef steak) and close to shops.
Return to the ski-in ski-out apartment. In the morning, take off from the casse du boeuf chairlift (5 mins on foot).
200 m ESF nursery and kindergarten;
300 M recent and magnificent municipal swimming pool.
Monetier les Bains thermal baths (greenhouse che 1500) 5 mins by car.
South-facing balcony, rising sun penetrating the apartment from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
4 beds including a sofa bed and a bunk bed in the mountain area
Free parking at the foot of the building.
