Just 1 km from the owners' house, nestled in a secret clearing in the woods, this beautiful 400 m² ensemble invites you to relax and enjoy conviviality. Comprising a main house and a carefully renovated barn, it offers a warm and authentic setting. Comfort and elegance for an unforgettable stay: 6 cozy bedrooms, spread between the house and the barn, each with its own private bathroom for your comfort. Two welcoming living rooms: a cozy corner with a wood stove for warm evenings, and another in the barn, with large openings to enjoy the sun or play table tennis. A friendly and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. A refined decor blending family furniture, pieces found at antique shops, and touches of exoticism, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. A true paradise for relaxation and escape: Enjoy the private, heated, and tiled swimming pool to refresh yourself in complete tranquility. Let yourself be seduced by beautiful walks in the surrounding forest or simply relax while admiring nature. Located in the "Les Orfeuilles" estate in Monthou-sur-Cher, this exceptional place is passionately managed by Stéphanie and David de Schrynmakers, who will be delighted to warmly welcome you. A getaway for respectful families and couples: This place is reserved for those who will respect the beauty and integrity of this precious setting. Young people under 30, parties, events, or weddings are not allowed, in order to preserve the tranquility and magic of the place. Booking conditions: The rate is indicated per person on our website. If you wish to accommodate more people, an additional charge of €55/night per person will be requested upon arrival. For a weekend, arrival between 4 PM and 7 PM on Friday, departure in the late afternoon on Sunday. For a week, arrival from 4 PM on Saturday, departure at 9:30 AM the following Saturday. Upon departure, a deposit of €1000 will be requested, which will be returned if everything goes well. Consumption fees (electricity, water, heating) will be settled according to your actual consumption, with a reading system at check-in and check-out, for fair and transparent billing (especially with the arrival of electric cars).
