Amazing holiday location

Aldo made sure our check in and check out was smooth. The location is great, easy to access everything most things in walking distance. Only issue was parking some days due to the holiday weekend. I would recommend this holiday rental to anyone. Great restaurants nearby, shops as well. Enjoy!!

Great spot, close to everything

The property was clean and accurate to the description. Aldo was very helpful and responsive when needed. Only issue were some noisy neighbors, but can't control who books the room next to yours.

Great location!

Great location, right by the beach and walking distance to everything you need. A little loud with the crowds in Miami but I think that's expected for the area. Great for 2 or 3 people. Aldo was very helpful and easy to deal with.

BEST LOCATION!!!

This condo is located right across the street from the beach...it is in the heart of south beach. There is no need for a car you can walk everywhere. Brand new condo with everything nice clean and updated. The owner was very helpful and responded immediately whenever we emailed him. Would definitely stay here again.

GREAT ESCAPE.

My girlfriend and I reserved last minute and the reservation went perfectly with Aldo. Within one day, we were all set for our trip. When we arrived we found a newly renovated apartment with super decor. Everything was spotless. The place was very quiet and very bright. We definitely want to come back next winter when its cold in New York possible with our friends since this is great for 2 couples. Thanks for everything! I already have a discount for this next booking. hehe

Albert and Jennifer were great guests. They left the apartment very clean. I let them stay the afternoon (late check-out) because their flight was at 7:30pm so they could go to the beach and shower. I hope they will be coming back!

Location, Location, Location!

This is a perfect place to stay. As the description says, you are right across the street from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. Aldo is a great host. When I arrived I couldn’t figure out the automatic lock to get into the unit. I called Aldo and he answered right away. Turns out I didn’t read the instructions correctly, thank goodness he was so attentive. The unit is clean and having a security guard gives you piece of mind. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Aldo for an amazing trip.

Great memorial weekend!

This apartment was so convenient for my girls and I. It was exactly where we wanted to be on south beach on the strip. We literally walked everywhere as this apartment was smacked dab in the area of everything we needed (restaurants, bars, stores, shopping, and the beach was a hop and a skip across the street). The apartment fit four of us comfortabely, it wasn't too small for us and our stuff. Aldo provided us beach towels, bath towels, face towels, and rags. The apartment was also equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances. We had no problem checking in or out. The instructions were very clear and we did not have one problem during our stay. I would definitely recommend if you are trying to stay on the strip in south beach. Although we went during a busy weekend, we didn't hear all the partying and craziness from outside. I would stay here again if I come back to south beach.

Just too loud and unfortunately no nice communication with the owner

It was the first stay in our vacation. The room is ok, even though the bed is very used. There were no towels in the kitchen, no soap, no salt, but would have been ok. Unfortunately the room is the first room on the ground level in the multi-storeyed building and directly opposite the elevator. So you can hear everybody who's taking the elevator loud and clearly because the door is thin. There is a noisy restaurant directly in front of the appartement that didn't help either. With a small child it was really unpleasant. When we asked the host that we'd like to change rooms, he didn't answer our texts for 2 days, got very defensive and said that no one ever complained, so no help there. No good experience for the start of the vacation.

I am sorry to hear you were not happy, but you are not honest about your review that you wrote almost TWO MONTHS after departure : The bed is almost brand new because it was replaced the end of April (about 3 months old). The kitchen is fully equipped and under the counter sink there is always a new sponge, a bottle of dish soap and there are always 2 towels that are on top of the refrigerator. Salt, pepper, olive oil and other condiments have been removed do to the COVID cleaning requirements. This is for health reasons. The Barbizon very often has 24 hour security guards and cameras that keep our building on the quieter side. The building is a beautiful Art Deco icon and has only 3 stories (first floor has 9 units) second floor same and 3rd floor (still with 9 units) All the guests LOVE to go to the restaurant with great food and fabulous service. Your comment about the restaurant is not relevant because it is not even near the apartment. The apartment is entirely to the other side of the building. There is no way you can hear any noise from the restaurant. I am very reactive with all my guests when they have questions. When you asked me to change the room I responded not later than 25 minutes and told you I do not have other apartment. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE PERSON THAT COMPLAINED. YOUR REVIEW MAKES NO SENSE.

Check in process was a breeze. When I initially thought there wasn’t additional sheets for the additional sleeping space, I emailed Aldo and got a response, no scratch that-a phone call within 10mins (let me mention he was out of the country!). After overlooking, sheets were found. Everything else was wonderful, although you can hear the hustle and bustle of outdoors, but it’s to be expected -we are in Miami! Check out just as smooth-only issue we had ass trying to get rid of groceries we hadn’t used, but we gave it to Security at the front desk! I’d definitely stay at this place again!

I will definitely book this apartment again when in Miami. It's clean and cozy, but spacious enough for two people. It's a perfect location on Ocean Dr. Walking distance to all. Aldo is easy and amazing to work with regarding apartment details and neighborhood information. Making sure that apartment check-in is an easy process. The break down of instructions = impeccable. Amazing Stay in South Beach!

My friend and I were extremely happy with this property. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location- right across the street from the beach on bustling Ocean Drive, but somehow incredibly quiet. The broader area was great, we were on the southern edge of where South Beach is more of party scene, but on the northern edge of the quieter, upscale part of the neighborhood. You can pick what kind of vibe you want for the day. Our host, Aldo, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Prior to our visit, he provided detailed check-in instructions as well as great recommendations for what we could do in the area. Aldo was also incredibly communicative and flexible; he was happy to ask the housekeeper to set up the pull-out couch prior to check-in, allowed us to check-in early and check-out late, and also sent us a text during the trip ensure that everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend this property for your visit to South Beach!

Great location on the beach

Great location right on the beach and convenient to everything. The apartment is exactly as described it certainly can sleep four comfortably as indicated. We just had two and it was more than enough room. You literally can walk out the door and be on the main strip with the beach directly across Ocean Drive. The restaurant on premises, which offers a 20% discount for staying there, was quite good. I would definitely stay there again. Great value and Aldo was available and checked in with us before arrival and after to make sure everything went smoothly.

Clean Condo!

Location is excellent. Super clean inside the condo. Enough towels. Smooth procedure for rent. Only one problem is noises from outside especially weekend nights, but all condos in good location at South beach would have the same problem.
